He is such a whining little bitch. Something doesn’t go just right for him and his team takes another lose and he will complain and blame it on everything but himself and his team

"We should just go home right now. What are we talking about?" Ferentz said. "It's football, right? It's football. Are they OK with how I dressed today? Should I be changing my pants, different shirt? What are we talking about?"

Ferentz not only outhit Frost; he clearly won by a knockout with his post-game retorts.

I can't recall Ferentz being so petty (at least publicly) as he has the last two games... which were wins.

Maybe this is just his true personality finally leaking out, or it could very well in response to Fleck and Frost being themselves.  I get that these two games are quasi-rivalries for Iowa, but when has Kirk come out like this in previous meetings?

I went over and read a Husker blog’s reactions to this game and to Scott Frost and you’d swear you were reading MGoBloggers talking about Harbaugh. It’s scary how similar the situations are, aside from the fact that Frost doesn’t have anywhere near as an impressive coaching pedigree and some initial 10 win seasons to hang his hat on.

Similar in that they are hometown heroes QBs that came back  to rebuild their respective program to national relevance and have both underwhelmed and disappointed in comparison to what their expectations were (Frost has obviously been much worse) and now large vocal sections of each respective fanbase wants them gone.

Frost HAS been an unmitigated disaster. Ne tasks as a whole has been largely a disaster since they got rid of Frank Solich and especially since they left the Big 12.

Frost is yet another example of a coach who made a big splash in a lesser league, but gets his ass handed to him when he moves up.

There are plenty of folks here who’d have pushed him as a viable replacement for Harbaugh if he was still claiming ‘national championships’ at whatever shit school in Florida he was previously attached to.

Idk if I'd call UCF a shit school. They've been pretty good since 2017. At this point it's probably significantly easier to recruit talent to UCF than Nebraska. UCF is in a top 3 talent state, and Nebraska is, well, not. All of their advantages that allowed them to build a juggernaut in the 90s are gone. If I was Frost I would've stayed at UCF as anyone could see rebuilding (recruiting) Nebraska was going to be near impossible.

Another major league A hole. Have hated him since ‘97 when he whined Nebraska and Osborne into a share of the NC. He has not done anything to change my mind since.

Everybody clap your hands
Clap clap clap clap your hands
Clap clap clap clap your hands

Alright we gonna do the basic steps
To the left
Take it back now y'all
One hop this time
Right foot lets stomp
Left foot lets stomp
Cha cha real smooth

*****

Everybody clap your hands
(Come on y'all) (Check it out y'all)
How low can you go?
Can you go down low?
All the way to the floor
How low can you go?
Can you bring it to the top?
Like you never never stop?
Can you bring it to the top, one hop

How come the media isn't all over frost for his failings at Nebraska as a coach! They crucify harbaugh and he's accomplished way more! Not saying he doesn't deserve it,but not a peep about frost!

Tom Allen is not one year wonder.  IU has been on an upward trend since he took over 5 years ago, (4 full seasons - after Wilson resignation).  Indiana has also had some heartbreaking close losses to teams with mush more talent during his tenure (such as UM, PSU and now OSU)

You and many others may feel he is not the answer for UM and that's a fair opinion to have for a variety of reasons (recruiting, expectations, getting bad to good is much easier than good to elite, etc, etc).

However, a comparison to Fleck is not fair. Fleck (last year compares better to Brady Hoke's poops gold year and seemingly hasn't been building a program and culture on an upward trajectory like Allen.

Again, not saying Allen is the guy, but the comparison seems a bit of a stretch.

That to me reads like a bad look for Ferentz even moreso.  Hes mocking Frost and being sarcastic yet his players were clapping to throw off the center, yet was saying it was the coaches.  C'mon.  I get that both teams were clapping as an advantage, so he shouldn't try to make it sound ridiculous.

Scott Frost is a prime example of the difference in the degree of difficulty between racking up wins at a smaller football school and doing the same thing in a major conference.

I too despise Frost. The good news is that it’s seems highly unlikely that Frost will ever be a big success at Nebraska. Can you imagine what new levels of assholeness he could achieve if he had a good team?
