Post your OC possibilities

Submitted by PrincetonBlue on

Just post possibilities to replace Borges.  No discussion: just post names and where they come from.  If you are feeling extra generous, you can lay out the whole resume too.

Matt Canada - Former NIU and Wisconsin OC.

Would love Paul Crist (?) who was Badgers OC a few years back but no way he would voluntarily leave Pitt HC position.  Anyone know the general attitude toward him there?

There is no doubt Michigan can afford him.  One of the big problems with Kiffin is once he has a little success his name is going to come up for every college coaching opening.  We probably couldn't keep him for more than a couple of years if he did well.

Kyle Shanahan is unemployed and had success last year running a "college" system in the NFL. Could bring in his father's zone blocking scheme. Could be just pro-style enough.

Because Hoke knows him, worked with him and he's "Michigan legacy" so Brandon will just love that part.  I think Parrish is approaching 68 years of age.

Firing Borges was probably the right decision, but godammit.

What about Mike Sherman, who was at Green Bay and recently fired OC of the Dolphins?

"Vince Offer" is in the mix.... could be interesting... dude always has a headset on and is known for soaking up other people's messes and wringing it out on the competition....

Young, hungry and motivated coach..enough of this michigan man bullshit or coaches that are over 50..need someone that can also relate to recruits and be up to par with college football in 2014 not 1990's..also dont hire people because of "who they are", hire a guy who CAN win
