14 weeks 1 day ago	Without the charge call, all	Without the charge call, all an offensive player has to do is to run into the defense.  He'll get the call everytime.  The number of dangerous drives to the rim will increase because the offensive player will always be looking to get fouled.  It will remain a gimmick, but it'll switch to the offensive side.  There must be a call for when the defensive player is in position.

14 weeks 1 day ago	Whether or not you even	Whether or not you even believe in God, Pope Benedict retiring is big news.  He is about as involved in world affairs and politics as one can get.  I would imagine that if President Obama were to announce early retirement, it would end up on this blog as well.
14 weeks 4 days ago	He is not a casual sports	He is not a casual sports fan.  He has been a die hard michigan sports fan his whole life.  For example, he has always been a huge fan of the pistons, lions, tigers, and red wings, but could never choose between Michigan and State.  Here is the problem: he argues he is not a bandwagon fan because he still roots for both teams even when they are not doing well.  I personally think it's ridiculous, but thats his view.

1 year 16 weeks ago	I think the worst part of it	I think the worst part of it is the fact that it is encouraging many people to do terrible things with the emails.   There is also the fact that they now probably have to approach the university and get new email addresses because they can't get their reqired emails because so much spam has been sent to them.

1 year 19 weeks ago	It's so sad, because it's not	It's so sad, because it's not that hard to NOT break the law.  Responsibiltiy plus a little common sense combined with God given talent and you have the rest of your life taken care of.  Now, his road is most likely going to be difficult.  All because of a few easily avoidable bad choices.   I want to feel bad for him, but I don't.  The right choices are easy.
