This is indeed the same event from a few days ago. They just now released the highlights for it.

I'm not saying whether or not it's fair to write him off, but in most videos they have released Bellomy is the 4th QB in. Now that could be because he's still working back from injury, but Speight has been taking snaps before Bellomy.

CHANGE THE NAME, CHANGE THE NAME! I'm offended that our nickname comes from Ohio.

Oh I don't care either way. I was just making an observation based on your comments back and forth. I don't know what people see as offensive and honestly I don't care that much. But, I've just always been taught that negro is offensive. So in my mind negro and the "n" word are equally offensive, so why can't someone believe Redskin and Oklahoma is equally offensive? I'm not saying I agree either way, I was simply pointing out an observation.
|2 weeks 2 days ago||Not that I really care, but||
Not that I really care, but that's his point. Your helping to make his point. Just as those are similar and you wouldn't say either to an African American, the words Oklahoma and Redskin are also very similarly offensive. So if you wouldn't use one, why the other?

Happy for Gallon! Good fit for him on a team really needing WR options.

I'm glad the Lions are following my draft plan.
|9 weeks 19 hours ago||You can't select 7 pass||
You can't select 7 pass rushers in the draft. I know that seems crazy, but you have to draft more positions than just two. You notice that I didn't list a guard on my "mock draft," I just noted that it is an option. Just because the starters are fine doesn't mean they don't need depth. I would say the Lions needs go like this:
Please explain if you see a bigger need. Should they select 3 safeties and leave no OL depth? That doesn't really make sense with the talent left on the board. They may not need a starter at Guard, but they need depth. Again, I didn't even select a guard in my mock, but the reality is they need depth. If certain players are gone and a best available situation arises, you take a guard in the 4th. Why reach for a safety(or whatever position) with a 6th round value? It wouldn't make sense.

If I'm the Lions these are my picks in the 2nd, one of these guys:
Kyle Van Noy. Kony Ealy, Stanley Jean Baptiste, Lamarcus Joyner, Marcus Martin
Basically in that order.
In the 3rd I would hope that first and foremost Marcus Martin falls. If he falls, you take him without a doubt. If not, then there's some other options who should be available:
Jaylen Watkins, Florida, CB could be available for the Lions in the 3rd. You'd then have a TE, Pass Rusher, and DB in the first three rounds.
In the 4th they could go C or G depending on if Martin falls or not. If he doesn't fall, the Lions could pick up a center in Travis Swanson in the fourth most likely. In the 7th, they could just go best available.
1 - Eric Ebron, TE
2nd - Kyle Van Noy or Kony Ealy, Pass Rusher
3rd - Jaylen Watkins, DB
4th - Travis Swanson, C
4th - AJ McCarron, QB
4th - TJ Jones, WR
6th - Anthony Fera, K
7th - Lonnie Ballentine, FS
If McCarron falls to the Lions in the 4th, I think it is worth it to take him. They lost the best back-up from last season, and they could use a guy like McCarron behind Stafford. If he doesn't fall they could go for a guy like Jordan Zumwalt, LB.

Schofield would be a reach in the 4th. He'll probably still be available in the 6th round.
|9 weeks 1 day ago||Why go for a DB in round 2 though if none are||
Why go for a DB in round 2 though if none are worth it? I don't see anyone who could come in and help the Lions right now or who is worth picking as a best player available type situation. I'd rather see them take that highest rated center(I think he's from USC) or that guard from Baylor if they're available.

My thoughts exactly. Though I highly disagree with the poster above about IU. IU should be better next year and they'll actually have some shooters. I think the OP hardcore underrated IU and Maryland.

Trevor will no doubt play center for OSU. Trevor at center and Lee at PF. That gives them two 6'11" guys and a 6'9" for bigs. All who are solid.

I did an internship this summer and they had new Caravans and Rams and I got to drive around both all summer. Plus I've been working with them now since February on a part time basis. We drive from Milwaukee to New York, Los Angeles, Albuquerque, etc in the Caravan. I have to say, I thought I would hate it, but I actually think it is a great vehicle now.

When I saw just how thin the QB depth was, this made a lot more sense. TTU only has one QB right now, so I could see why Kliff might run a series or two.

That is Bo's "COME AT ME BRO!" stance. He's smiling because no one in there right mind would ever, "COME AT HIM." Look that's the best I've got. I am dissapointed in it as well.

|14 weeks 3 days ago||One of the parents of a||
One of the parents of a recruit was there today and saw Canteen first hand. He was amazed at the catches Freddy was bringing in and just how good Freddy looked overall. Take that for what it is worth.
|14 weeks 3 days ago||No one is saying Canteen is||
No one is saying Canteen is the second coming of anything. He's just running with the ones. Receiver is a position that a player can come right in and do well. Lineman is not. I'll spare the long response, but if you can't see Frank Clark's improvement, I don't know what to tell you. Frank came in as a player that was not even big enough to be a linebacker.
The problem is you read too much into what is said and then cause yourself disappointment. It's not that people are overhyping what is happening in spring practice. It is that readers see what they want to see and then assume things like Frank Clark is the next Strahan, but yet literally no one said that last year. Or anything like that.

Yeah the crystal ball predicts him to Michigan right now as well. Illinois is supposedly gaining ground, but he's a big time UM recruit.
