He is a legit point guard. I think it was a good decision for him.

The Taco Bell in downtown Bloomington, IN was always out of beef by like 10 pm every weekend. I could never understand how they always ran out.

I wish I knew if you were joking or serious. That would be an awesome end to both of your stories.
|1 week 11 hours ago||They look somewhat fast, but||
They look somewhat fast, but my main observation was they look SMALL. Like every corner but one looked to be about Terry Richardsons build. I'm actually pretty certain that Delano Hill and Jabrill Peppers might be as big as, if not bigger, than their linebackers. That's a team where I could definitely see big runningbacks playing a huge part.
Not to mention the fact that I think the interior lineman could really get to that QB and he is a pretty small guy as well.
|1 week 13 hours ago||Not to mention the least||
Not to mention the least thing we should be worried about is our secondary. I don't think Hill is a top 3 QB if he was in the Big Ten, and I don't think he will give Michigan's secondary a ton of trouble.

I can say with certainty that the places they list are good, but none are even in a realistic top 10 of places to eat in Bloomington. And that is coming from a guy who absolutely loves Mother Bears Pizza. I just don't think this list honestly does justice to all the different places in different college towns.

A 15 second car is fast now-a-days? I don't know about that. I think we have different definitions of fast.

2006 Lawrence North High School in Indiana. Mike Conley and Greg Oden, when he was healthy. Just those two together was one of the most dynamic duos in high school. I honestly don't think many high school teams could beat them. Oden was a dominant force in high school.

I see 6 for sure as long as their spot doesn't get taken, one probably, and 2 or 3 50-50 maybes. So, I will take the over and guess 7.

Honestly the QB play from Shane was pretty good in my opinion. It seems like the receivers need to work on catching the ball, and also fighting to keep the ball. The Watson interception had nothing to do with QB placement on that one. Also the one throw to Jaron Dukes the announcer said Morris should have taken some heat off, but I disagree. It wasn't that hard of a thrown ball and it was 9 yards out. Morris seemed to have a pretty good feel for how much touch to put on the ball. I actually think Malzone could use some more zip on his passes.
The biggest issue I saw were the receivers need to catch the ball better. On a good note, Wilson seemed to be in just about every play. Bolden also seemed to be in just about every play. I liked a lot of what I saw out of the defense. As far as the offense goes, I think they could actually be pretty decent.
Morris or Rudock will most likely end up the starter and either one will probably be a solid leader for the team. I think Malzone is actually a few years away. He had a couple of pretty bad decisions, which is to be expected. He should get to redshirt and learn for a few years and then I expect good things out of him. I just don't think he is ready to be a starter yet.

There's no way he is. Kentucky players drive brand new cars around campus. Most of the big time student fans know that the players receive benefits that the players shouldn't.

Any word on Lavert Hill visiting? I would assume he would with his brother playing. I really want to see him in the next class.

Right now they are at a 75 point differential versus their opponents. So for the next 3 games they would have to average a margin of 18 points over their opponents to tie the 1996 Kentucky Wildcats team.

I guess I never realized that Trevon Bluiett ended up at Xavier. I remember him committing to UCLA and then backing out of that commitment. However, I didn't realize he chose Xavier. I wish Michigan would have pushed harder for him. I now understand why Xavier is in the elite 8. Remy was a very solid big ten player and Bluiett is a seriously talented player.

I am at work and on my phone, so I will reply with more late but I am almost always on my phone. So I promise it definitely was not me who negbombed you and I understood where you were coming from. I just wanted to give you a different point of view. I meant expanding, because I commented just below on my phone and then replied again.
Edit: I just quickly read through your reply and it makes total sense. I do understand where you are coming from and hopefully it gets back to the point where Michigan has a lot of really good players that have experience.
|5 weeks 3 days ago||To expand on my point, FSU won a national||
To expand on my point, FSU won a national championship with Jameis and they've been much better recently compared to Michigan.
I understand that you want the old Michigan ways back, but you can even look at Michigan with Henson. Michigan wasn't far removed from a championship and Henson was played early and heavily hyped. I truly think in most years even back in the day, Peppers would have been heavily hyped and looked at as potentially one of the best players on the team. I believe he is truly a once in a generation type of player. I think other people see that too and they just see the potential. Either way players are coming into college a lot more college ready now as well, which definitely plays into it.
|5 weeks 3 days ago||Jadaveon Clowney was looked at as the best player||
Jadaveon Clowney was looked at as the best player on his team early on, and he was on a very solid SEC team in the middle of the SEC being the best conference. That's just one of the most recent examples I can think of. It's not crazy to think that Peppers, who is considered a once in a generation player, could be one of Michigan's best players. He is a dynamic player that can play ball sides of the ball extremely well.
A lot of teams have a freshman running come in and automatically become one of their biggest impact players. Also Jameis Winston was considered one of the best on his team in his redshirt freshman year with almost no experience and he won the heisman. It's honestly not that big of deal for Peppers to be so hyped.
|5 weeks 3 days ago||I know this has probably been||
I know this has probably been talked about a lot, but I didn't follow recruiting closely in the last few years. Malzone has a pretty strange looking release and kind of side-arms it on some short throws.
|5 weeks 4 days ago||You lose Ryan, but gain||
You lose Ryan, but gain Morgan. Which in complete honesty is basically a wash with the way Morgan really came on and the position that Ryan played last year. You get the most dynamic player off of last years team, who got hurt, back. And you gain a 5th year senior with a bunch of experience in Lyons. Not to mention a bunch of recruits in and better coaching.
Plus everyone is a year older and more experienced. So the only real thing the defense is lacking in is defensive end. More interior players like Willie Henry are great pass rushers, so that helps a ton. I fully expect the defense to take a step up.

Except Jamarcus was an under 60% passer for most of his college career. Winston has been consistently above 65% as a passer. He's also a much better second level passer and he fits balls into tighter pockets than Russell could. Jamarcus threw for 6625 yards in 3 years, where as Winston threw for 7964 in two. Winston is stastically better in every single category and in a shorter amount of time. Winston also won't go into camp way overweight. Winston has a lot of question marks and red flags, but he's much more talented than Russell ever was.
