Turns out we're not the only team to play disappointingly poorly with a backup QB. Also I agree that it's notable that Clemson's D that the national media was so Gaga over gave up 500 yards and 27 points. Though part of that can be attributed to the nature of football working against defensive perfection. Everybody gives up points from time to time.

Great win for the Cuse. Last time I was in the Carrier Dome was for a child's graduation in 2006 when the Dome also got to rockin'. (With a special guest cameo from Syracuse alum Dave Bing.)

early in the 3rd quarter Clemson sacked Syracuse on its own 2 yard line and I thought, that's it, Clemson's gonna cruise to a victory from here on out.

It’s too bad they’re gonna lose Babers after this season. He’s gonna be without a doubt at the top of all the lists and there are gonna be some big time openings. That guy is one hell of a coach.

Clemson has a great chance to.go to the playoff.
Figure Bama, big ten champ, Then it's a a toss up for the last two spots: PAC 12 champ if it's wash state or UW, then, maaaybe TCU and then it's down to Miami or Clemson as ACC champ

They were outplayed tonight.  Yes they lost their starting QB.  Everything else was Syracuse looking and playing like the better team.

This didn't look like Michigan's Iowa game last year or Sparty last week, where Michigan blew opportunities or gave the game away, respectively.  Syracuse just won.

that with the upset tonight, if we win tomorrow, there will be extra excitement for the PSU game, and they may be tighter as a No. 2 ranked team.  Beat Indiana, Go Blue, and Bang,Bang !
