Never understood Texas being…

Never understood Texas being considered a blue blood. Historically, they are a very inconsistent team with losing seasons nearly every decade.

Why is our coaching staff…

Why is our coaching staff determined to live or die by JJ?

Been wondering that for…

Been wondering that for basically Harbaugh’s entire tenure.

Edwards is highly overrated as a pure running back. He is completely boom or bust, and unfortunately, we see a lot more busting than booming.

You seem like a pretty insufferable human.

Looks more like we brought back Doug Nussmeier

Accomplishing what we…

Accomplishing what we expected him to accomplish in just one out of seven seasons. Two of the most embarrassing losses to Ohio State. Never developing and elite QB or wide receiver. Probably the most disappointing hire in Michigan history considering expectations when he was hired. We'll see how the next coach pans out, but hopefully he can also be remembered as the bridge to bringing Michigan back to national relevancy.

Haven't seen Hateful Eight…

Haven't seen Hateful Eight since it was in theaters, but I remember the reveal of the whodunit being really cheap. The whole movie you are trying to figure which character poisoned the coffee (if I'm remembering that right) and it ends up being characters hiding under the floorboards who were never shown on screen in the entire movie.

I agree. I actually enjoyed…

I agree. Despite his arrogance, I actually enjoyed Meyer's analysis on Fox Sports as well. Bob Stoops provided about as much insight as a GameDay guest picker.

Stoops is terrible on Fox…

Stoops is terrible on Fox Sports. He says nothing interesting and doesn't even seem to pretend to care about any team other than OU and Iowa.

It's because he throws side…

It's because he throws side arm. Poor mechanics.

Play loose, take chances?…

Play loose, take chances? This is Michigan we're talking about...

We scored 3 points lost a 30…

We scored 3 points lost a 30-14 lead in the second half. That overturned touchdown should not have had an impact on the game. We blew it.

That is not true.

That is not true. They are both among the best public universities in the country.

Do you believe they're not a…

Do you believe they're not a good school or that they don't have a good recruiting class?

Notre Dame, UT, A&M, Penn…

Notre Dame, UT, A&M, Penn State, North Carolina etc. are all great schools and are recruiting much better than we are (yes I understand that Texas is a talent rich state). The excuse that we can't compete in recruiting because we are so academically prestigious is simply not true. Michigan should not be taking 14 three stars to just 3 four stars in a recruiting class. Hopefully the performance this year pay off for the 2023 class.

You really expect Iowa State…

You really expect Iowa State to be able to recruit at a high level? He's done an incredible job there and his 2022 recruiting class isn't that far behind ours.

Cade played well, but he…

Cade played well, but he didn't play well enough. Michigan should have thrown for 500+ on that secondary. Michigan fans get so excited when a Cade throws for nearly 400 yards because we're used to seeing him throw for 150. We threw for 400 yards and yet only scored 10 points in the second half. Cade made some great throws, but also left a lot on the field. Part of it is his fault and part of it is the coaches fault for not being aggressive and throwing more and instead deciding to run into brick walls on first and third downs.

They sold out to stop the…

They sold out to stop the run and allowed Michigan to pass which resulted in over 400 passing yards passing, 3 touchdowns, and 4 field goals. MSU was aggressive on 4th down while Michigan wasn't. MSU's coaching staff saw that that the passing game wasn't working against Michigan's D so they just ran the ball for 200 yards and came back from a 30-14 deficit in a quarter and a half by being a one-dimensional offense because it was clear Michigan wouldn't do anything to stop it since they decided to play two high safeties most of the game despite the fact that the D line was getting shredded. He saw that no matter how many times they ran a hurry-up offense, Michigan would still try to sub half their defense and would refuse to take a timeout to avoid penalties. Michigan's defense was out of alignment and players didn't seem to know where they were supposed to be throughout the game. MSU played to win while Michigan played to not lose.

How many more losses to…

How many more losses to Michigan State and Ohio State do we need before melting down is acceptable to you? I guess we should accept that Mel Tucker, in his second year, has a tougher and better-coached team than Michigan does in Harbaugh's 7th year.

Mel Tucker and MSU would've…

Mel Tucker and MSU would've found a way to win with or without the bad call. Harbaugh was outcoached and MSU never gave up while Michigan folded under the slightest adversity on the big stage, per usual. It was a bad overturned call, but it had no impact on Michigan blowing a 30-14 lead in a quarter and a half.

Nick Chubb and Sony Michel…

Recently, Nick Chubb and Sony Michel both rushed for over 1,200 yards in 2017. D'Andre Swift also had 600 yards that year. I think Georgia did it again the following year.

You have some pretty high…

You have some pretty high standards if you think completing ~70% of your passes and having 63 passing TDs to 9 interceptions is bad. Not an Ohio State homer, just not delusional.

Bama was winning…

Bama was winning championships with QBs who did nothing in the NFL until they changed the style of their offense. Look at any of their QBs between 2007 and 2016. Ohio State runs a different offense under Day than they did before and each of his two QBs has been drafted in the first round. One didn't work out and the other is a rookie in his second or third start.

The offense that they are…

The offense that they are running now is not the same scheme they ran under Meyer or Tressel. Nobody ever expected QBs like Pyror, Braxton Miller, JT Barrett etc. to be NFL QBs. Ohio State's QBs failing in the NFL 20 or 30 years ago in different systems and under different coaches isn't a predictive metric.

Based on what?

Based on what? Your hatred for Ohio State?

How many top-tier teams are…

How many top-tier teams are we playing? One, maybe two? We don't exactly have any big wins so should we drop in the rankings?

Well, they work in college…

.

Well, they work in college…

Well, they work in college and that's all that really matters in college football.

How are they a fraud?…

How are they a fraud? Because they one game where they didn't play well against a service academy? They've lost one game in the last year and a half and that one loss being by 7 points to Georgia...

"4th down is a little bit…

"4th down is a little bit longer this time, they've ran it on their last two attempts"

"Harbaugh is down 20 pounds this offseason. He's down to his playing weight"

Umm okay?

He's not very good, that's…

He's not very good, that's what's wrong with him.

Was that the exact same 4th…

Was that the exact same 4th down play...?

I get his dad coaches there,…

I get his dad coaches there, but I would think he could be a starter at a power 5 or group of 5 school. Doesn’t seem like the best decision for his career.

Not having a very big…

Not having a very big sophomore or junior class was all that needed to be said.

I’m not talking about Jim…

I’m not talking about Jim Harbaugh.

Just as good? So like, below…

Just as good? So like, below average? Our running backs and tight ends have been nothing to brag about the last few years. There was absolutely no reason he should've been coaching the running backs besides the fact he is Harbaugh's son. Our running game has desperately needed a legitimate running backs coach.

Can we give him a shot at…

Can we give him a shot at coaching the football ball team next year just to see what happens?

He is recruiting at the same…

He is recruiting at the same if not a higher level than Urban was and his offenses are far more explosive. He is not going to be leveling off.

Not only that, but that 2011…

Not only that, but that 2011 OSU team was a mess. Several players included Terrell Pryor opted out of the season like 2 months before the season started and they ended up starting a true freshman Braxton Miller in an antiquated offensive system that did not fit Miller's skills at all. They still somehow upset Wisconsin and almost beat Michigan on an overthrown, wide open pass for a TD on the last drive of the game.

Thanks for blowing my cover.

Yeah I have a long history of trolling on here.

I don't know, just being one…

I don't know, just being one of the two best teams sounds pretty good. It's not like any team was going to compete with Alabama who is fielding a Heisman trophy winning receiver, a Heisman finalist QB, and a Doak Walker award winning running back. It's not about rooting against OSU. I just don't understand creating post after post laughing at Ohio State losing in the national championship while we root for a team that could only hope to get humiliated in the Big 10 championship game at this point.

Because it's pathetic seeing…

Because it's pathetic seeing fans of a team that won two games this season making fun of a rival who actually made it to the national championship and would've kicked the shit out of us. I watched the game and thought, damn, we would've lost by 10 touchdowns.
