There is no "current" CBA, as of July 30th. There will be no draft until a new CBA is agreed upon, and if it is dragged out until next June there will have to be new draft protocols written in.
From what I'm reading about the current negotiations, the league may pick up sooner rather than later and we may still get 82 games, and this could all be moot.

Indeed. You're right. I'd do anything to be back in the final four but with Mitch and what he offers a national title is totally realistic. I'm excited and I can't wait for next week and the final saying.

If he's intent on being one-and-done
he'll go to Duke to maximize his chances of getting to the Final Four and the championship game. If he's not intent on going to the NBA after one season, Michigan's in a good position.

I'm impressed with MM's blog. He sounds rational and articulate when talking about his future. Everything that's out there seems to reinforce the idea of a "great kid".
It's nice to see that it's back to Florida, Duke and Michigan. That gives me hope that between playing time, the electric atmosphere at the UTL game and the relationship with Bacari and JB he'll be playing for Michigan!
