Michigan to Get Back in Contact With Ty Isaac
Deveon seems hard to take down. If he has the ability to slow down the game and find a hole he could be a good back.
Considering that Joliet Catholic doesn't churn out top talent regularly makes me think there's some interest. On a side note, Treadwell's recruitment has remined me of Isaac's. Lots of visits here, but no commitment.
Expect a lot of USC commits to go up for grabs.
ND is back in the mix for Isaac, as well.
I reading on the Michigan Recruiting HQ from someone that goes to his school and knows Ty says that Ty Issac is looking for a school that will offer him cash under the table, aka Pay to Play. For some reason he thinks Michigan may budge this time. I highly doubt they will, though. The focus should be on Green.
We're not teaching them about sports, we're teaching them about life!
All I have to say to this is LOL.
2011 Nebraska State Champ "We're Michigan." @tannerwooten not that funny, though.
This post is horrible in every conceivable way.
Imma tell you something about me, MGoCommunity, that you might not know. I smoke rocks.
Any chance that this kid also knows Ty Isaac?
Congrats. You earned it.

Us Michigan fans are so whiney lol.

Got a mean headach out the blue!! Ready be knocked
This is Michigan Fer Godsakes, We win Sugar Bowls here
He's tired of Michigan fans over-analyzing his tweets and responding to them
Twitter // Recruiting Work// Email
he means he has a mean headache out of the blue (ie out of nowhere) and he's ready to take some medicine to knock him out
Or we could continue to overanalyze every last character he puts onto twitter
We'll see but gotta think it will be hard for him to ignore everything ND is offering.
While the staff is in Illinois it would be nice if they stopped by Crete to re-establish the love with Treadwell. There's only about 30 miles between the two and unless there is info they have otherwise, it certainly couldn't hurt. Reports that he was slipping with us are sad. Reconnecting with the original Illinois trio (LTT being the 3rd from way back) and trying to bring them full circle to Michigan together would be tremendous!
commence the speculation and then the subsequent hate this kid will receive from people if he doesn't flip his commitment
"What" ain't no country I ever heard of. They speak English in What?
meh. not a fan of 6'3" running backs. yes, I know there are examples of some good ones out there, but there aren't manny. Most successful RBs are between 5'7" and 6'1".
Every time an MGoBoard poster complains about a thread topic, God kills a baby panda.
If I were a recruit and seen Jabba The Hut (Al Borgnine Borges) and his dreadful playcalling I would run, Dave Brandon please bring in a competent OC!!!
Simply aMAIZEing
First, coaches don't just drop by a player's house and barge in. The player/family invite the coaches to visit and talk. Dad gets his questions ready and Mom serves tea & biscuits, and then Dad clams up and Mom grills the coaches.
Second, coaches obviously attend because there is even a slight chance to persuade the recruit - but often the coaches have a relationship with the parents and HS coaches that they respect enough to spend a few hours talking to build goodwill at worst.
Someone in the Isaac family isn't 100% sold on USC and maybe Hoke will persuade them. Coaches aren't there for tea and biscuits.

They prefer scones and lattes.

Maybe Lane Kiffin does, but I'd like to believe that Brady Hoke says "No, thanks" to anything but donuts and black coffee.
I can see Brady graciously trying anything and then genuinely chatting with Mom about her recipes and all her family traditions. He probably has his wife's pizza recipe on cards as a leave behind.
Then he asks Dad for directions to the closest diner for Manfood!

I think they are just checking in to see what his situation is like. They are covering all their bases and not going to be left in the cold if Green doesn't commit.
Hunt. Isaac. There must be some other late targets that could surprise us and someone can enlighten us.
For example what about Reschke? He is obviously another committed target who recently surfaced.

Are we looking at Reon Dawson at corner or receiver?
Corner, I believe.
Isaac reconsidered when he saw the crappy, rainy weather for the USC vs UCLA game. He figured he might as well stay closer to home if he has to play in that mess.

but have you been watching any games this year? I mean, there is no question our O-line has been well below par but the RB's haven't shown a lot either. Rawls specifically has been a disappointment IMHE as he was supposed to be one of those backs who breaks tackles and and run through defenders. I have been amazed at how a back of his size goes down on first contact virtually everytime.
We have Fitz for one more year (and who knows how he will respond after his injury) and that is essentially it. How on earth could someone look at oour running back situation and say it's fine? After Fitz we have zero proven commodities at RB and given the injury he just sustained we can't even count on him being his old self for sure. That is not a situation I would characterize as fine, but that's just me.
