They want it so bad. Everyone in that stadium. It is so cool to watch. Also, the chairman of the joint chiefs referred to both fly overs as "the sound of freedom". AMERICA

That piece on Capt. Mike Viti (Ret.) was great.

I'm always impressed by the type of people that these academies graduate.  These men and women are among the very best that our country has to offer.  They are all the most impressive young people any of us will ever meet.

That said, I am a Navy man, so...

GO NAVY!  BEAT ARMY!

The honor is all mine (they don't call me Your Honor for nothing). I travel in many circles (primarily Santa Barbara freeway interchanges), but few are as venerated as the MGoBlog community. I look forward to many days of productive dialogue, particularly with regard to the coaching search.

I'm an Army veteran so you know where my loyalties are.

Go Army!

Let me also say that I always appreciate watching these true student/athletes play each other. They're not on the field to improve their draft position. They play for the love of the game.

Man that timeout was pretty bush league. Can't blow your whistle and wave your arms right as they snapped the ball. It's not the NHL there's no intent to blow the whistle here.
