One of the last two perfect brackets left on ESPN has Michigan beating ND for the championship. Wouldn't that be sweet!

That's why they are upsets; you don't see them coming. Anything could happen, it's March!

Tell me more about these "upsets". You're saying you dont see them coming?
and should be some very interesting matchups in the later games as well
Maybe not tonight, but some time this weekend. They still are limited offensively and I could see them facing the same fate as Wisconsin, Pitt and KSU. I hope I'm wrong from a B1G standpoint, but I wouldn't be surprised if they go down.
Politely disagree. I think OSU is playing like a beast right now and I've got them winning it all (beating Indiana in the finals).
Wouldnt it be sweet though if OSU & Minny win tonight so that the only B1G team that lost in round one (errr two) would be the abomination from Wisconsin?
Is there a God? I think if this happens there is your proof.
Ohio has certainly been red-hot, but I feel like their lack of scorers will catch up to them at some point. Thomas will have an off-night in one of these games and it might cost them.
in a different way than it helps other B1G teams. If Matta thinks Craft & Scott can disrupt the opponent by themselves, he's more likely to play LaQ Ross, who is turning into a dangerous scorer but is even more D-challenged than Thomas. This is probably true of most of the teams in OSU's pod in Dayton. If they run in to Arizona next weekend, they'll probably need their superior defensive team again.
Wait you seriously have OSU winning the whole thing?
I have them in the Final Four. Now I think they cruise there with no problem.
As mentioned above that bracket has Mich winning it all over ND...also they have St.Louis & Marquette as other 2 final 4 teams, additionally Creighton to beat Duke and Sparty. That bracket won't win but 22 for 22 is impressive
Illinois & Minny are the 2 teams least capable of holding on to a big lead I can think of.
Anyone watching Illinois-Colorado? Illinois was up big, but CU has made a monster run to get back into it.
24 attempts from 3...16 from 2 = recipe for disaster
unfortunately
The Illini seem to have forgotten that making baskets is required to actually score.
If they keep playing like this, Illinois is well on their way to have single digit points in the second half.
I switched back to Indiana-James Madison after dinner, out of morbid curiosity, and the CBS Lead Tracker appears to be bleeding, much like James Madison.
Indiana is maintaining an effective FG% of 65.0% right now, along with an offensive rebounding percentage of 40.0%. James Madison is still sitting around 40% for an effective FG percentage despite similar luck on the boards. It's interesting that Indiana only has one less turnover than JMU, but Indiana has made 17 assists as well.
JMU only has to score a point every 5.4 seconds now to tie.
So there...
This is like a carbon copy of Illinois's game at MSU. They were up 10 or so at the half and then absolutely sucked for the first 10-12 minutes of the second half, and ended up losing.
Illini has GOT to stop taking Ambien at half.......
may want to stop burbing up 3's
Illinois is about to win a game making THREE second-half FGs.
LaSalle also managed to pull off the same feat, crazy tourney day.
Posted in the wrong thread. Gee dangit.
Shoot themselves out to a big lead, shoot themselves out of the big lead, then shoot themselves right back into the lead.
despite my own picks, rooting for the big ten whatever...beat ohio
Newcastle and Pizza!
oh yeah, and basketball too.
Watching the OSU game, Ravenell just entered. My 5 year old just said "Oooh. A fat guy's going in."
Florida Gulf Coast up 2 on Georgetown at the half.
Take one for the team. Georgetown is in Michigan's region so it could be huge for us down the road if they lose now.
I've decided I'm going to make sure to watch every Ohio game this tournament. It probably won't happen tonight, but I don't want to miss the sight of Aaron Craft walking despondently off the court.
Based on how the West is going, I doubt it will happen until the Final Four.
The fact that that's Craft's first foul in over 100 minutes of play is just insane. I mean he's a great defender but he gets away with SO MUCH!
Guy for Florida Gulf Coast just had the dunk of the tournament and they're suddenly up 8.
Don't care who wins the Georgetown-FGCU game but the anouncers are embarassing FGCU homers
Holy shit Georgetown might really lose.
Obviously we've heard a bunch of times that they beat Miami. But they're a VERY talented team.
I'm not shocked in the least.
I didn't have the stones to pick them in my "main" bracket, but I have them in a couple others. Georgetown beat Tennessee earlier this year something like 38-37. If that's a 2-seed, that 2-seed can lose to anyone.

You made multiple brackets? WEAK. Seriously though, you're not at least a little surprised that they are destroying Georgetown?
So I am finally enjoying one of these upsets.
Go.. {what are the Florida Gulf Coasters?} Beat the Hoyas.
Porter...or Shabazz? IMO those are the only 2 options.
Ben McLemore.
