Quads are the new pairs
February 18th, 2012 at 2:14 PM ^
the New Math?!
February 18th, 2012 at 2:08 PM ^
My guess: Taco Charlton and one of the Cass Tech linemen. I will go with Kenton Gibbs.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:09 PM ^
Don't discount Jourdan Lewis.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:11 PM ^
But based on his interviews saying he was planning on waiting until basketball was over, I am just guessing he is going to wait a little longer.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:34 PM ^
And couldn't be happier.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:08 PM ^
O RLY?!
February 18th, 2012 at 2:09 PM ^
Today? This day keeps getting better!
February 18th, 2012 at 2:09 PM ^
We don't wear seatbelts in the south, we just drink less when we have to drive.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:10 PM ^
February 18th, 2012 at 2:12 PM ^
They don't use turn signals in the South either. I believe the correct response when someone asks why Southerners don't signal is "Becuase it's none of your damn business where I'm going."
February 18th, 2012 at 2:16 PM ^
I dare anyone to come and try to drive in Murfreesboro, TN. I don't even think cars come equipped with blinkers around here. Common sense isn't highly regarded around here either.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:21 PM ^
It's ridiculous. I'm in Franklin and am back and forth to visit a buddy at MTSU for UM games and whatnot. Merging on to "interstates" as they call them down here, is almost frightening.
There are a lot of MGoBlog users around Nashville.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:28 PM ^
I am about to brave the roads of Murfreesboro in 5 mins, as I drive to work. Hopefully by the time I get to Nashville we will have 2 more commits. I could go for a six pack tonight. GBOD
February 18th, 2012 at 3:16 PM ^
I've always said if I had a dime each time someone here used a turn signal...I'd have A dime !!!!!!
February 18th, 2012 at 2:09 PM ^
The pairs are coming in pairs!

This is a thing of beauty. Michigan is truly back. Ohio get stomped
February 18th, 2012 at 2:12 PM ^
While I completely agree with the Ohio get stomped sentiment, they aren't doing so bad on the 2013 recruiting trail themselves either. This really has more implications for MSU, Illinois, Wisconsin, Penn St, and even ND a litte. They're the ones that hurt when Michigan and OSU gobbles up all the midwestern tallent.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:13 PM ^
It'll be interesting to see how ND does this year, but the gap between OSU/UM and the rest of the Big Ten is certainly growing.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:09 PM ^
Can you give me a timeline on this? I'm supposed to be getting some work done today.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:09 PM ^
I can't handle this! And now all the grumpsters are going to be out in full force next January and February.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:10 PM ^
Now Mike Valenti can repeat his stupid mantra from last year that UM's class was so highly regarded early ONLY becuase they had so many commits. What a jacktard
February 18th, 2012 at 4:32 PM ^
I didn't know anyone still listened in when he was on the air...
February 18th, 2012 at 2:10 PM ^
Hold me Aquaman...
February 18th, 2012 at 2:17 PM ^
That horn made me freak out and scream cuss words only slightly less than when I read we're getting 2 more commits.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:11 PM ^
Depending on who the two other commitments are, Michigan could have nine commits by this time next week.
Per Tremendous
February 18th, 2012 at 2:13 PM ^
Nothing more. Tremendous.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:11 PM ^
If I keep randomly going to my car, putting on my seatbelt, then getting the news and yelling people are going to think bad things of me. Ahh well, back to the car I go. Somebody text me when we get the all clear!!! Damn this is one hell of a day.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:11 PM ^
I was waiting until the commits started rolling in...but now this truly does have the potential to be a scarily good class. I think we had 8 commits in the Rivals 250 for 2012...we already have 4 and that's without knowing who these other two are. Good times are ahead indeed.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:12 PM ^
I'm getting drunk. Like right now.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:14 PM ^
It could be Jake Butt. If you're sitting there, and you see players the caliber of Bosch and Shallman commit, you may pull the trigger. Hell, I might have pulled the trigger in similar circumstances. Of course, I'd immediately apologize to Nick and swear fealty, but still.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:17 PM ^
Hmmmm, I'm thinking a Butt-Taco combo? Tasty.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:15 PM ^
Wow if this happens and we beat OSU today in bball this will be by far the best day in February
February 18th, 2012 at 2:21 PM ^
You, sir, must not be an Arsenal fan. You are lucky. I'll need those commits to get me out of my funk after another shutout loss by the Gunners. Ugh
February 18th, 2012 at 2:24 PM ^
Do not remind me, please. It has not been a good week.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:44 PM ^
Tell me about it. My birthday was Thursday. Last season, we beat Barca and that was my present. This year...not even a goal.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:16 PM ^
just go ahead and fill out the whole class today
February 18th, 2012 at 2:17 PM ^
Dawson is the first!!
February 18th, 2012 at 2:17 PM ^
Speculative, but I'd be surprised if Jourdan Lewis wasn't one of the two. Given that Dawson was most certainly offered today.....
end speculation
February 18th, 2012 at 2:21 PM ^
You may have to work on your abilities to be cryptic. Then again, maybe not.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:17 PM ^
Lol, I called that.
February 18th, 2012 at 2:18 PM ^
OK, so it seems as though we're setting up to have a Wisconsin OL, a stud pocket QB, SEC caliber LBs and DT, and a bruising tailback. We're a couple elite WR/DBs with size away from having the first non-USC team to compete with the elite SEC in almost a decade.
