Yes I was thinking antelope canyon and horseshoe. Was not sure of the rafting because it's not technically in the GC is it? Was debating if it's worth it. We are in the area for 10 days and as you say there is lots to do so trying to figure what to do is a challenge!
To be honest I am 50/50 on page. I debated staying 2 days in Sedona instead of one there and one in page, but not sure. I'm strongly considering the helicopter tour of the canyon as well. If so it may knock rafting out of the budget.
Death Valley sounds cool, but you may be right. Got to decide if it's worth it. Be 4 hours round trip from Vegas and not sure what is there other than a little scenery and to say I was in the lowest point of North America??

We are staying in Sedona for a night. Also staying in page for a night. Assume when we are in page it would be a good time to hit the East rim? The crowds of the south rim do have me a little nervous. Definitely planning on early starts since we will be on eastern time zone.
Was thinking Hoover damn and Death Valley when we in Vegas area, but nothing booked yet
Interesting about the music Museaum. My kids are huge into instruments so wonder if it will be something they would enjoy or not???

Our big trip this summer will be to the Grand Canyon in July. Yes, I know it will be hot.
Flying into Las Vegas and will spend a few days in that area before we spend a few days in upper Arizona (Grand Canyon) and then work our way down to Middle Arizona and Phoenix where we are flying out of. Never been there so i am looking forward to it. If anyone here has been and has some tips/suggestions for me, it would be much appreciated? Have 3 kids ages 7-11 so doing family stuff...so keep your "fun" recomendations that don't involve family in Vegas to yourself!
Been working out with weights 3-4 days a week for the past few years, but diet is lacking and i hate running. i know i need to eat better and possibly find some form of cardio i enjoy. probably put on 6 pounds of "not muscle" over the winter.
Maybe this thread will give me some ideas/motivation to get better.
How am i the first to comment on this one? they are all great, but i can totally visualize the team walking thru there on the marble floors and hearing the "click clack" of his cleats. priceless.

Shock Top is an easy drinking wheat beer so it is pretty smooth and not "hoppy". The Apple flavor adds a real nice touch to the beer. I find it rather enjoyable.
It is a beer with apple flavoring...unlike the hard ciders that are out there. Give Shock Top Apple a try. Hope you like it.
BTW - Shock Top is a Bud Brand I believe...although it is marketed as a craft brew.

I think UTL 1and2 were louder overall. However I was also at the 2009 and 2011 OSU games and this is the first game I have attended at UofM that my section stood the entire time. There were a ton of OSU in my section and the section next to me. OSU fans around me were fine. No more annoying than MSU fans. They were pretty quite as we walked back to the car as well.
We have both good players and great players on our roster. Peppers has all the makings of being a "game changing" type player to set us over the top. Only a few of these come along every year and we are fortunate to be able to grab him.
Was more looking for crowd reactions at bars, etc... I should have been more clear. Anyhow, most of you were like me and too en awe of what was happening to grab the phone and start recording...move along.
and mouthed wow while i waited for Kansas to have the last shot. Went apeshit after they pulled it off in overtime. kept repeating to my wife..."we won that f'n game...wow"
