I hope we have another thread tomorrow discussing even more prospects decommitting from USC's recruiting class. Id imagine with the way USC's football program seems to be headed in a downward spiral, a couple those USC's recruits who already enrolled early could be having second thoughts about thier decision and its only the 1st week in February, yikes. |

I think the reason a spot opened up for a 6th OL recruit spot is the ACL injury that Chris Fox sustained at the end of his senior high school football season. It wasnt really well known about his injury until he showed up at the Army game and was not able to play/participate. |

Johnson played football at Olympia High School in Orlando. Johnson was also a track star at Olympia High. In his senior year, he finished second in the 100 meters at the 2004 Florida 4A state championships behind 08 Olympic bronze medalist Walter Dix. 4.3 second 40yd high school time, legit. WELCOME DaMario Jones, I am glad he is going to be a Wolverine. It was evident from the pictures of DaMario hanging out with the with the commits at the BBQ that he wanted to go to Michigan. |

Ya man you are the only person Ive heard of, that has ever refered to Murfreesboro as the "Murf". If I did hear "the Murf", I would assume that it is a reference to MTSU's basketball arena the Murphy Center. For a random middle Tennessee town, it seems Murfreesboro is fairly well represented on MGOBLOG. Another interesting fact, per the 2010 US Census the population of Murfreesboro, TN 111,327, and for Ann Arbor, Michigan 114,925 so we do have a few more than 11 houses in the "Boro". I think Tripp Welbourne injured his knee in the Big House on Senior Day not in Minnesota. Also I think that was the last game played with an astroturf field in Michigan Stadium. Tripp is my all time favorite Michigan safety, with a close second being Daydrion Taylor. It is too bad that both of their careers at Michigan ended with career ending/altering injuries. |

The article gives the impression that Demar Dorsey is single minded in his goal of getting to Michigan. Would he be a 2012 or 2013 recruit, if a 2013 recruit he would have plenty of time to make sure his grades are adequate, he is listed as a 2013 recruit for Rivals. Michigan accepts transfer credits from GRCC and if his grades are in order, I cant see a reason why Michigan would not accept him as a 2013 prospect. |
