Ouch, we're down early. MGoBlog's gotta step it up again.
Also, Nebraska is absolutely demolishing Oklahoma. And i must say that there is no cooler pregame ritual than FSU. I'll vote for michigan if we face them, but damn. That shit is cool
I dont get why people voted for Nebraska over osu, all they do is touch a horseshoe
It was because of the outpouring from mgoblog. Ask for OSU to lose and you shall recieve.
Because the only thing dumber than touching a horseshoe is script Ohio.
A script Ohio that the Michigan band showed them how to do it.
Do you think they could have figured that out by themselves?
New and Improved OSU video. Not sure how this one didn't advance.
Can anyone help with the video embed?

Obviously voted for Michigan but Clemson at Death Valley is pretty damn sweet.
We are down 249 to 166
But paper (banner) covers rock...
Rock flies through paper.

(youtube wouldn't allow for embedding the video)
Not in my (big) house.
why having a little kick-me-dog on the sidelines (Uga) is such a great tradition. And I agree that the FSU one is awesome.
You should probably ask that to the US Marine Corps as well. Hate on Georgia all you want, but a bulldog is anything but a "kick-me dog".
keep voting everyone. the gap is quickly being closed.
50/50, get on it.
I guess I just don't get the important tradition of the Nebraska one...
Somewhere in Syracuse, New York there is a Go Blue banner "borrowed" in 1998.
and scroll down. It should be there
Should be underneath the videos.. A little dot is next to Clemson then under that is a dot next to Michigan. Click the dot next to Michigan, and hit submit!
Are you using Safari on a Mac? ESPN doesn't always show up correctly when you do that. Switching browsers usually takes care of it. I normally use Safari, but switch to Firefox or Chrome for certain troublemaker web sites.
In about half an hour the votes have about doubled and we now took the lead 53% to 47% with just over 900 votes.
That's the question. So are you really supposed to vote that question, or whether rubbing a rock beats touching a banner? With zero additional context? Oh, well--I voted.
OT, but it doesn't warrant a new thread. I'm getting antsy about all the visitors and recruiting hints.. It makes me sad that there hasn't been a Hello: post yet..
I'm still disappointed Diamond did not commit on either of his recent visits
56 good guys 44 bad guys!
60 to 40 now...and I voted.
This matchup is destroying the others in total votes and now we are ahead
If the team plays with the excitement that you guys show through voting, then they should have a great year this year and beyond.
When did an announcer say "one of the most thrilling entrances in all of college sports, watch them touch their rock."
I think the contest is a little misleading.
Is it supposed to be the best tradition, or the coolest entry? If it's the former, then ND and UM win without a doubt. But if it's the coolest entry, then UC probably should've beaten us and FSU should win.
Either way, Michigan wins because Michigan is cool and has the best tradition.
We had a slight lead once I voted 53% to 47%
Lets go MGO Power!
I voted! Does anyone else's blood boil when they read the comments section of ESPN?
I try not to so my blood pressure doesn't rise too much!
Seems sort of pervy to me.
I voted sir.
What's the point of having the most living alumni in the world if you can't unite to sway online polls?
Well it was just posted by the Michigan Football facebook page so there should be a huge upswing in voters.
keep voting everyone.
to get around the "not allowed to vote multiple times", vote from incognito/inprivate/pron mode, close the window, and then open it up again.
Keep voting, and lets keep Michigan in front. I think it's the MGOBLOG Community that shot us in front of Clemson. 55-45 Michigan at this point.
is it possible that M can be seeed 11 when the only other school with a vialbe, plausible, proven record of nearing that of UM's tradition is ND, and that's due in most part to Catholicsm being the largest denomination of Christianity in the world, same as in U.S.; therefore, logically representing the largest number of those with like beliefs representing the highest % of any field, i,e, sportswriting, in virtually any field you care to chose.
Clemson vs. Michigan tradition? Is that really what this is about? Why the hell would a vote even be needed to decide that issue?
Kindly help me out if I've missed the boat here completely.
With thanks.
and this gives their site thousands of hits from people going to vote. Just look at the number of votes for each match up.
Can't imbed b/c I'm a loser. But I made a new and improved OSU video:
