I like it, it's a fun style match up. Penix is really elite in the intermediary, and that running game performed much better vs Oregon than I expected. Not going to be easy. But I do see huge advantages on offense for Michigan, if they keep on schedule they can bleed this game away.

Because of the size of their horseshoes, OSU will see UGA win and TX and FSU both lose today, meaning that this year’s playoff will be a repeat of last year’s: OSU/Georgia and UM/Random Purple Team.

I've been following Washington this year. Congrats to them. They played a great game. Penix has come a long way from his Indiana injury days and it's great to see his success.
Looking forward to it if we get to match up against them.

I actually think this version on Penix is easier to defend. He isn’t a running threat anymore after his injuries. That UW line won’t hold up.

Penix is an elite QB. Sorta in the Stroud mold in that they both can move but it's not a big part of their game. Penix doesn't have the pinpoint accuracy of Stroud but he's got a big arm and isn't scared to take risks. Great WR corps too. I don't think the passing game is far off 2022 OSU

I didn't see much of a secondary from Oregon. I also didn't see a DL that can hold water to Michigan's. In fact, after last night, I don't think Oregon's defense is in the same league as Michigan's. While the UW receiving corps is a discount OSU group, I think Michigan is set up pretty darn well to handle them.

Michigan should win, but Washington is very dangerous. The ropes that come off Penix are nearly impossible to defend. When he’s slinging balls, covering is futile.
