Streetball legend not cool with 'Sauce Castillo' mania
I think it's time for a sauce-off!
He mad. Shouldn't have taken all his payments for those streetball videos in the form of And1 stock.
A WALKOFF!
A Sauce-Off, perhaps?
Too funny, the streetball legend apparently does not know much about Nik's NCAA/college game or that he was a first round pick - something that Hot Sauce was not. Another person desperately wanting his 15 minutes of fame.
Hot Sauce has been a legend in hoops circles since Stauskas was in elementary school
Spicywiener, Hot Sauce - any relation???
He has indeed. HOT SIZZLE! HOT SIZZLE!
I guess you can go extra awesome cool stuff when there's no realy ref
Never had two hands on the ball and didn't pick up the dribble until he danced.

while he was running around the other way
This comment makes me think that you probably don't know what a double-dribble is.
Or, as they say on Deadspin, Always highlight truthers.

I don't think you get to run around like that while the ball bounces twice...

And how laughable that he's a "street ball legend."
He kind of is, Hot Sauce was a big deal (of sorts) in the 90s when the And1 Mix Tapes were a thing.
But it is funny that he's never heard of Nik Stauskas. Stephen Curry has. And the rest of the people who play in the NBA. I'm sure more basketball fans know Stauskas than Hot Sauce at this point...
I know who he is, and he is a popular street ball guy. But a guy who couldn't ever make the NBA not hearing of a current NBA guy is laughable (basically your last point).
Who?
Ah, Streetball, the place where crazy athletic guys that don't really know how to play "basketball" go. Where you can travel and double dribble all game long and it is perfectly legal. Hot Sauce, legend-LOLOLOL
Lol. Too true, especially about the traveling part.
ey-body knows, dribblin' is for fool seniors...

But while we're on the subject.
None of those moves would do much against a real basketball team

Similarly, I'm pretty ticked off that John Beilein is captializing on the name, "John".
Get a job, hot sauce.
OH, BABY!!!!
Holy crap, Mitch McGary is sponsored by And1...
Didn't even know they were still around.
I thought they went the way of LA Gear, British Knights, No Fear, Big Johnson, FUBU, Wu Wear, and Starter. Nice to see they are still around.
hot sauce is a legend
seeing it on like MTV or something, but you have to understand it's some old street baller vs. a former Michigan BTPOY, so.
Sticky keyboards by some of you kids already. Vote 'Proposition: No Way' on the issue of a sauce-off. You want sauce, grab yourselves some PuckerButt. http://puckerbuttpeppercompany.com/
Makes for the perfect pre- post- whatever- game Bloody Mary. It will make you feel most alive. (and possibly wishing to die.)
His beef is with the closed captioning folks.
Well there was a guy name Kevin Saucier who played for the Tigers back in the 80's nicknamed "hot sauce" well before he was around.
Very well done, Bando!
+1
Not sure what's more ridiculous, Hot Sauce's "beef" or the BYU long snapper's tattoo from the same article...

Has he considered suing the closed captioning company?
Adding that he was here first, and he'd never even heard of Stauskas before this moment. We think the argument is unnecessary. The beauty of hot sauces is that there are many, and we could never live with just one.
The beauty in hot suace is in the variety to some extent, and there is plenty of room on the planet for Hot Sauce and our own Sauce Castillo. Not sure why anyone could be upset by this really.
Scoville heat units (SHUs)
Stauskas:
Base: 22,000,000 SHU - Carolina Reaper
Steph Curry knowing who he is: +1
Being relevant in current century: +2
Stauskas total: 22,000,003
Hot Sauce:
Base: 10,000 SHU - Serranno
Steph Curry not knowing who he is: +0
Being relevant in the current century: +0
Hot Sauce total: 10,000
Moving on to things that are actually relevant...
...should we be putting hot sauce on our subs now? Or is that crazy?
