The other day when I saw the Detroit News article about "Letter from former players & coaches supporting Bo", it was an hour old. I was surprised that an hour elapsed after that news broke with nobody posting a story like that. So I was going to post it but I checked the board, still wondering, wrote my post, checked the board again to make sure nobody else beat me to it while I was writing, then posted.

It’s not as simple as it might seem. Just because Cunningham is the safe choice doesn’t mean he’s the right one for the Pistons.
Not buying it. This team had one of the worst records in the NBA. You take the best player available, period.
I agree, unless someone makes you an offer you can’t refuse. But I don’t think Cade is a once-in-a-decade type player that would command a ludicrous offer. I didn’t watch any Pistons games this year (I start watching the NBA when the playoffs start) so I don’t know what they have or what they need. I suspect the answers to those are “next to nothing” and “just about everything,” respectively.

I saw Cade play a little, and I really liked him. He seems like an easy choice. So, I assume the Pistons will draft a Swiss goatherd who has never seen a basketball.
