Bastida is a beast but what a clutch takedown for Davison for the win!!!
I couldn't even pretend like I was working because everyone saw me staring intently at my iPad
I was in Mesa a couple of weeks ago & saw Nwogu with the big club against the White Sox. He went 1-2 with an RBI & is indeed a specimen looking like a running back out there
Even if it truly was a "mutual agreement" I'm not sure this is the guy I want as a coordinator with our first time head coach.
Martindale just left a job after cursing out the head coach because he fired 2 defensive assistants. Sounds great that he's stepping up for "his guys" but the reason the head coach fired them is because they, along with Martindale, were working together to bypass the head coach about important decisions:
We didn't "pop" on his radar he visited here several times & was down to Michigan or hometown Boise State and ultimately chose them before decommiting when the coach was fired.
I'm sure there is more that I don't know because I don't follow recruiting that closely but Bair's name has been around for a long time
He was crying at the half of the Penn St game because of the pain which led Sherrone to call almost no pass plays in the second half. He practiced either 1 or 0 times leading into the Maryland game so he was more than just "banged up"
No chance, he's from Pennsylvania & two weeks ago he posted a pic of "his" new $120k truck from a dealership that is an official sponsor of Penn State football
My first thought was that if he wants to be successful he needs to distance the program from Dantonio & his bad mojo but I don't know if he has the stones to do it
I went to Columbus one time with a buddy of mine that graduated from there & he couldn't find anyone else to take his extra ticket. After he asked I stewed on it for a day or two & decided to go & we had a great time down there pregaming. I was smart enough to not wear any Michigan gear & told him I wouldn't root for Tech but I sure as hell wasn't going to root for Ohio.
This is something that I noticed anecdotally a couple of years ago as the shift in the program went from being good to great.
We are no longer the team killing ourselves with mental mistakes & dumb, little penalties anymore. When it comes to The Game we are no longer the undisciplined wannabe getting 15 yd penalties trying to look tough, now it's Ohio doing those things the past couple of seasons.
I have no clue what Harbaugh did to change things but I love not having to worry about a ton of plays wiped out by penalties or the team being way behind the sticks because of a dumb 15 yd unsportsmanlike any longer
No there is definitely a problem that needs to be solved here. The problem is that college football games are too long and the obvious solution is less commercials but that impacts the $$$ so instead the clock will run more often.
I've had Peacock for a couple of years for Premier League & it is consistently the worst streaming app that I use. It's a joke trying to rewind and I consistently have audio glitches or dropouts no matter which streaming device I use (Apple TV, Roku or iOS)
I've seen them in European soccer for several years now so I'm used to it but I do remember thinking, back when they first hit the scene, WTF is that dude wearing??
I have no concept of the intelligence needed nor the dedication required to do this:
He holds a post-doctorate master’s degree in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Howard University, and both a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and a Bachelors from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
If they lose this in PKs it's really gonna hurt because the US dominated this match from start to finish. 58% possession, 9-3 corner advantage & an 11-1 shots on goal advantage
Jersey Mike's is my favorite but I often end up with Jimmy John's because the app is super easy to use & fast, free delivery is clutch when work has me too busy to make lunch or dinner (which is when I'm most likely to eat a sub)
The "something" in his mechanics is pretty clear if you watch the Elite 11 tape, he has developed a bit of a wind up. He's dropping the ball down to his waist or thigh then bringing it up to release it which is causing him to be late on timing throws.
It's not like his entire throwing motion has changed and this is something he can tighten up, hopefully in high school but if not Michigan will "fix" it.
Pretty tough to watch these last 2 matches against our toughest CONCACAF opponents and get excited for Berhalter to come back.
Gio's play has made it clear that this squad is better with him in it & Berhalter's decision to not start him & tell him that he will barely play in the World Cup looks worse & worse as time goes on.
Excited for Fol, the way he used his body & pointed out the pass for Gio is the type of thing that has been missing from the striker role & his press was excellent as well.
The shortcomings continue to be in the back & while the US escaped with clean sheets there were quite a few dangerous chances from Canada (not so much for Mexico) that could have changed the score line dramatically. What Canadiens saw from David & Larin is what we are used to seeing from our attackers, dangerous moments blasted over the net without worrying the keeper. Do we have any Balogun type decisions out there for some big CBs??
Last I have to mention Scalley because his inclusion made me nervous but he was in the right place all night long & basically shut down Davies attack all night so huge props to him
This Oklahoma team was truly unreal, Storaka was 17-0 with a 1.12 ERA and 106 strikeouts in 99⅔ innings coming into tonight & was 3rd on her TEAM in ERA & K's. I was worried she would leave Michigan & sit more than start at Oklahoma but she was an important piece on this incredible team.
An absolute masterpiece of a season by the Sooners & most importantly congrats to Alex Storako on getting that Natty

Sounds great that he's stepping up for "his guys" but the reason the head coach fired them is because they, along with Martindale, were working together to bypass the head coach about important decisions:
"was a feeling in the building that Martindale and Drew Wilkins were creating their own fiefdom within the coaching staff, at times bypassing Daboll and believing they had to answer only to each other and, ultimately, ownership." https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39276348/new-york-giants-wink-martindale-cursed-brian-daboll-firings
Do you follow recruiting at all???

Adam Schefter just announced it on Sportscenter too
Day wasn't joking when he said he was gonna hang a hundred!!!!
I just didn't know he meant a hundred million to buy a team to save his job & try to beat Michigan
Ain't no money like oil money....he may be in for a rude awakening when he starts shaking the cup towards Ohio boosters
Props to T WIll who has taken a lot of shit from fans but he's turned himself into a hell of a 3 pt shooter this year
Has Kirby Smart been very vocal in his belief that players deserve revenue sharing like Harbaugh?
No? then no there will be no investigation
I'm fine with that commercial but my 21 year old daughter told me a month ago that she was crushed because they're probably going to get rid of it
I'm not scrolling to check all of the replies so I apologize if this has been said but Fuck Pettyti
Harbaugh is a hell of an emcee
He was crying at the half of the Penn St game because of the pain which led Sherrone to call almost no pass plays in the second half. He practiced either 1 or 0 times leading into the Maryland game so he was more than just "banged up"
Latham going pro & getting mocked as a first round pick. That Rose Bowl tape won't help his position
Oof there is a lot of logic in there so I really hope HC 3rd Base doesn't read it
No chance, he's from Pennsylvania & two weeks ago he posted a pic of "his" new $120k truck from a dealership that is an official sponsor of Penn State football
You mean this guy that Stewart drove into Milroe to trip him up?
Moar starzzzzz! https://247sports.com/Player/JC-Latham-46049894/
And only if that pipe was full of money
...and Barnhart's versatility to move from RT to RG after playing snaps earlier this year at LT
My first thought was that if he wants to be successful he needs to distance the program from Dantonio & his bad mojo but I don't know if he has the stones to do it
Depth is definitely a concern but damn Dug has already exceeded my expectations this year
I definitely had tears after Coach's interview.
How can you be a recruit and NOT be swayed by seeing Coach & Blake's interviews after the game, it is so clear how much love there is on that team
He deserves to stay in Ames because he's just young Kirk Ferentz
He may be the ONLY member of the media that likes Harbaugh
Yes they do, the S&C Coach is usually the get back coach on the sidelines for most schools
Mooon Riveeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Thanks Doc, did you ever serve time?
I went to…
Enjoy the game!

The game was a lot more fun for me than it was for him & I like to think that I somehow had a little something to do with the outcome that day https://www.espn.com/college-football/game/_/gameId/400547826
Not surprisingly, he never invited me to another game & that was fine by me
This is something that I noticed anecdotally a couple of years ago as the shift in the program went from being good to great.

So do reporters
When you're born on 3rd base & can't make it home it probably does feel like everybody is against you
While his last team put up 48 in a win against an SEC defense
There have been some crazy shots in this match!
It's been a great watch so far

I watched Episode 1 last night & could already tell that this was going to be VERY different than most of the other Untold documentaries

Agreed & I think they play a physical/rough style of football that can throw of the beautiful, rhythmic passing that Spain employs

That statement is a train wreck & they would be better served not saying anything at all
