Much as I love Harbaugh, this is really a pretty big deal. Tonight was on him, between the play calling and the lack of offensive development. I thought Johnny played his heart out tonight. But what does he have to work with? What consistent capability does our offense have? Beteen the OSU game last year and this game, the offensive failures a glaring in big games.

who on the offense is good right now? McKeon, Cole, Hill, and maybe Gentry. The OL sucks, the running backs continue to kill us with fumbles, and McDoom and Crawford are both mediocre WRs with the dropsies

other than that, we're pretty bad

The offense is on Harbaugh. We have no identity and do nothing well. We have no alpha dog. And the play calling reflects a total lack of confidence on Harbaugh's part. Jim needs to do some real soul searching and do something to save the season.

How could a professional football coach think that first down throws in a monsoon, second down runs into an 8-man front and third down screens would be a good idea.

If Speight is really out for the year I don't see the benefit of not trying Peters.

You have some ents on the roster. Use them.

2). You're looking at a monsoon in the second half
Why not air it out when you have a chance?

I kept waiting for it all night. The only reason to keep plowing into the middle of the line with no results is to setup a play-action bomb. It never came.

Defense: They chose wisely.

but Peters is rumored to be the 4th best QB right now. We might not win another game with Peters at the helm

If he is that bad, why is he on the team then? Because if it is that much worse than what we witnessed tonight, then he probably isn't good enough for a scholarship. So give me a break. Put him in and let's see what happens. I can't stand to watch the JOK happy feet for another game.
