Keep the white pants for road games or nah?
I say yes. I've gotten so used to them that it actually looked weird to me for a moment seeing the Citrus Bowl practice photos with the white jerseys and Maize pants.

Can't agree with you for saying we should give it to Devin Bush, but I'd rather Devin Bush wear it than no one. You can't have a tradition of wearing the #1 jersey when no one wears it.

No. He's a good player obviously, but the #1 should go to a once in a generation guy. Not just anyone.

Switching jersey numbers is dumb, as we saw with the failed Legends program.
Retire it or put it in circulation. No one benefits from it sitting behind glass in the basement of Schembechler, though.

A once in a generation player? So almost never and even then a guy will not be able to earn it til their senior year probably. I hate that idea. It's like talking up the tradition of our fight song, but saying The Victors should only get played in wins with a margin of at least 21 points and only against our rivals.

Yes, please. There will be variations on the maize/blue sleeve stripes, and may the maize piping/trim never return.

I hated them initially, but I have to admit, they really grew on me. I still slightly prefer the maize, but much prefer the whites to random limited edition unis.
