Can relate to the pet raccoon story. Youngest daughter had one for about 2 years. Great pet but as Leach said, raccoon matured and knew it was time to move on. I miss that raccoon. As far as Ft. Stockton, TX. goes, been there, done that. It is not the end of the world but you can damn sure see it from there.
