Any word on tomorrow’s likely starter at QB?

I have a feeling it will likely be O’Korn since Peters is still in the concussion protocol. Which, if we’re being honest fellas, probably means we don’t have much of a chance. Edit: hey gang maybe before you shit on me, you should look below

I hate to be this guy but a source on the team told me last night that Michigan will have a surprise starter tomorrow. As of last night JOK will not be the starter. That’s all I can say and Go Blue!

I heard the same thing an hour ago. I don't think it's JOK for this one now. But for some reason if it is, I hope they don't make him sit in the pocket and he needs to be in shotgun all the time. He just isn't good from under center with his proclivity toward locking on first read.

That said, I don't think he is starting tomorrow now. I did until this morning.

Everyone claims the backup is the most popular QB. Well, things are so tough within our fanbase that the rumored visit by a potential transfer of a 5* QB who is the injured QB of mediocre team is the most optimistic QB news. I just hope Peters is healthy and ready for the bowl game and offseason development. Tomorrow will be pain with or without him - but a healthy and more experienced Team could be a contender next year.

Didn't someone post a thread earlier this week claiming Peters was symptom free and returning to practice on Wednesday?

Then the poster found out the article was wrong/changed.

At least they added a note to the body of the post. I'm not sure why they didn't change the title.  Maybe it was an oversite.  Maybe they're just an asshole.

Free rush to QB. 11 games now, 3 QBs, and still can't stop the obvious.

JOK isn't going to last 4 qtrs given our OL hasn't been able to learn the basics of pass blocking.

I'm cheering for JOK, Peters, Malzone, Tate Forcier, etc. whoever takes the snap!

I don’t know why but I feel that their is a chance we see Speight start and finish this game. Not even sure he’s cleared for contact yet, just feel that their will be a surprise.

I'm optimistic about Speight even. He has been practicing, just non-contact, which is fairly standard operating procedure for QB anyway. The report from his father was that he could be back for Maryland or Wisconsin. He very well could be ready now. If he is back, that changes everything.

To watch the Muskegon big reds play at Ford field Saturday night on FSD and let me know how many of their O-line you think we should offer. Then, when you find out we've offered NONE of them and apparently have no interest in the Michigan HS player of the year at QB for them(Sparty offered him as athlete) then ask yourself WTF?
I'd take their entire O-line & the QB as a package deal. Even if 2-3 of them don't pan out it would be worth it for the 3-4 that will.

We better accept mediocrity as our peak. If the Bamas & OSUs of the world can take athletes without concerns we are officially fucked forever.
Whomever it is sitting so high & mighty up on "the hill" that makes this policy should be corrected or terminated. Or we may as well join the Ivy's and move on.
