Asteroids was pretty cool, too. In the Atari home version, I would destroy all the asteroids until I had one fragment left, then get my spaceship going as fast as I could (diagonally up and to the right). Inevitably, I would crash into the remaining fragment and both end the game and "win" simultaneously. Good times.

To be at least a little fair, there has been a lot of rumbling in the Detroit media that it could very well be a race between WMU and CMU because they are both graduating QBs, but yeah, when the first question asked by the CMU fans was "Source?" on a CMUSports-labelled account, we might be waiting a little bit.

All the same, I hope he finds a role and wrecks a few teams wherever he goes.

Malzone has only been at Michigan for 2 years - 7 semesters by the end of the winter semester, including summers.  Unless he had a lot of college credits when he entered, it's not likely that he will have enough credits to graduate and would have to sit out a year.  He would be better off staying another year and getting his degree before he transfers.  He's better off riding the bench in Ann Arbor and getting his degree than riding the bench somewhere else and not getting a UM degree.

As a former quarterback, I always thought Morris threw one of the prettiest footballs I've seen. The kid can spin the ball and has great touch. Had all the tangibles to be a great player.

CMU's schedule has a bunch of pre-conference games where they could make some noise.  Kansas, Syracuse and Boston College - all away, because of the nature of the MAC beast, but still a fun schedule to play.

I hope the rumor is true - that would be a fun send-off for Morris.

I'm pretty sure Shane Morris would be leaving as a Graduate Transfer, so he's free to go anywhere he pleases. MSU, OSU or any other rival. If Malzone or some other underclassmen tranfers they would have to sit out a year and have restrictions put on them. But Grad tranfers are fair game to anyone. I highly doubt Shane would go to a direct rival though, maybe another B1G team

Cooper Rush will graduate after this year so he will have a good shot to win the starting job. They'll have one Jr, one RS SO and two SO's plus Shane if he ends up there.

even when Jake won the job, at least at first. Aside from some times I thought Morris should quit joking around and laughing on the bench in games where shit was going wrong, I think he has handled his situation with class and perseverence. I do hope he catches fire somewhere, and is successful whatever his career path is.
