I respectfully disagree...

Kayvon Thibodeaux and Zach Harrison are the DE's we should ALL want at U of M.

I decided after the 2016 'The Game' I was done paying triple digits to watch Michigan lose to them every year..... I'll check back in when Urban's gone.

04/05/2018 - 4:04pm More woe to Michigan.... We

More woe to Michigan.... We cant ever havenice things ;(

Man 65, how much longer do we have.....  I was really hoping he'd get his Championship last night, obviously, we all were.  What a special group to make that run with.

04/03/2018 - 10:21pm Would you say the same about

Would you say the same about Harbaugh?  Michigan has basically paid him that money to be mediocre.

03/13/2018 - 4:58pm Call me a homer, but of

Call me a homer, but of course I got U of M winning it all....vs Purdue in the finals, and beating OSU to make it to the final 4.  And of course MSU upset by bucknell first round...

Great Idea!!! I wont have to go hunting for a stream!

02/27/2018 - 11:59am Stocking up on Draft Picks

Stocking up on Draft Picks for Yzermans return!!

02/22/2018 - 10:24am Good pull!!!  Hoep we keep

Good pull!!!  Hoep we keep him.  I havent been intune lately, are we at all in on Dobbs??  Still going after Brown even though he is committed to Wisconsin??  Would seem like a giant waste to let 2 highly rated OT's get away from our backyard...

02/21/2018 - 2:16pm How, in year 4 of Harbaugh do

How, in year 4 of Harbaugh do we not have the top recruits in Michigan locked up??  Especially  at a position of need??  How did we let another Cass Tech CB highly ranked get away last season?  Michigan is not known to produce the greatest Football players in the country, some would argue this is a golden age for instate recruting, and once again we are dropping the ball.....Im sure ill get negged for an honest portrayal...

02/20/2018 - 9:18pm OSU will pass Michigan in the

OSU will pass Michigan in the win colum in this rivarly within 25 years...

Guy helped Rodgers become the force he is...Of course that was pre creepy Mustache

02/12/2018 - 8:29am Does the NCAA still do the

Does the NCAA still do the "play-in" games before the tournament?  Bubble teams compete against one another?  Does anyone remember when they did this jsut a few years ago?  I know TOledo was involved in a few

02/11/2018 - 12:58pm Agree completely.  I don't

Agree completely.  I don't understand the love for the player??  What about all those 5-star WR and high 4 stars we got last year?  Why not give them an opprotuntiy to shine!

02/11/2018 - 12:57pm I did not know this.  I

I did not know this.  I really have not payed much attention this recruiting cycle...

02/11/2018 - 12:56pm How??  Explain?  Crawford and

How??  Explain?  Crawford and DPJ are better inside,  Black (arguably the best WR on the roster) is back on the outside, Collins and Martin deserve more opportunity moving forward.  Agian, I'd rather have the youngs taking those snaps.

02/11/2018 - 12:43pm Does it matter?  He has

Does it matter?  He has hardly contributed to anything significant.  I dont think it will help with scholarships this year, but playing and pratice time will be devoted to the younger WR's on the roster.....

02/09/2018 - 1:15pm That's the thing, no two

That's the thing, no two case's are exactly the same.  So you can't really compare MSU with PSU.  There are what like 253 accusers to this point.  As been pointed out a baseline needs to be established order to know how to proceed.

To your point about class, yes MSU could have handled that situation with much more grace....

02/09/2018 - 10:09am Well they have to, thats how

Well they have to, thats how the legal system works in America.  People are coming after their money now and MSU has to protect itself.  I mean this isnt really rocket science, its a messed up system, but its the one we got.

AKA....MSU legal team is doing its job.  Not saying I support it, but that's what these lawyers are paid to do, create doubt....

02/06/2018 - 11:32am People might not like this

People might not like this but there reality and thats it....

Beilein and Harbaugh started at almost identical points in each respective programs history.  Albeit for much different reasons, but, both traditionally strong competitive programs on the national level, while rivals were at peaks in their programs both football and basketball.  Basketball went down because of the scandals and Football was so desperately mismanaged for over a decade we are were we are as a program.

Taking into consideration the two sports being vastly different and almost incomparable, from a coaching stand point Beilein has by far a better legacy to this point.  BY year 4 he had made the NCAA’s twice, 1-1 each time, and solid regular seasons.  Now to be fair  I am more than willing to wait n see what Harbaugh can do this year, but its a daunting task with MSU/OSU/ND away and Neb/Wis/PSU all on the schedule.  But the difference being, Harbaugh is the Million (9 Mil) dollar man.  Beilein was not.  Beilein has cemented his legacy as one of the greatest Michigan coaches of all time.  Harbaugh has a LONGGGGG way to go.  Obviously Beilein has 7 years on Harbaugh, but when you come in the way he did and have not truly accomplished anything to this point beside some hollow moral boosting victories (top 3 d, Florida Game(s), etc..) something needs to give.  Harbaugh had a chance, and irregardless of the spot or the god awful refs we saw that game, he should have won that game.  Thats what ELITE coaches do.  Meyer found a way to win despite his team being outplayed all game.  Elite coaches turn their teams around and make sure they are ready to win bowl games after disappointing losses.  Elite coaches contend even when they don't have the players to do so.  A counter argument will be injuries, the O line, this n that, well Elite coaches deal with that and move forward.  Franklin and Dantonio, are we saying they re better coaches that Harbaugh??  They have dealt with adversity and achievements… While we contend for 4th place, in the Big Ten East…. Harbaugh is a great coach, but we hired him to be Elite, and he is paid like he is elite!!!

02/05/2018 - 12:59pm I feel as though sometimes

I feel as though sometimes the 5 seed gets a bad matchup on purpose.  Brackets love parity and thats the matchup the underdog always wins.  I'd be willing to bet it happens for often than not the 12th seed is really a 7-10 seed seeded as a 12th....

02/05/2018 - 12:29pm really bummed when they took

really bummed when they took it off Netflix..

02/05/2018 - 12:27pm I know, I'm the old man

I know, I'm the old man screaming "get off my lawn".... But I dont get this crap.  How is this a celebration?  Must really stink for the fans who had to work today, come outside and their car burnt to a crisp....

02/02/2018 - 5:12pm Wait, now I haven't followed

Wait, now I haven't followed recruiting as in depth this cycle, but this is the first I am hearing this kids name let alone a 5-star OT talent even wanting to come to Michigan....this can't be a real thing?

01/29/2018 - 10:50am I know its been said already,

I know its been said already, but the Yzerman era wings are what brought me into Sports!!  After they lost in the finals to the Devils in 95 I think, maybe 94, cant remember, I w as all sports and specifically Red Wings.  Went to my first game at the Joe the following year and then Shanahan was traded to the wings!!!!  My buddy had the Shanahan Jersey T shirt and I had Yzerman, our first grade teacher was a HUGE Aves Fan, we would tease each other all the time.  Then they won and won again, and again in 2002, then things started to fall apart, but DATSYUK!!!!!  He was the absolute GOAT, humble fantastic talent and kept the tradition of winning alive.  (not saying he was the best palyer ever, although...)

Not to mention this kicked off my sports cheering career!  My buddy came from an OSU family, so naturally I chose Michigan.  Dad was a big Packers Fan growing up and they went back to back, won one lost one.  I was a soccer player and Thierry Henry, my idol at the time, was tearing it up for Arsenal and France, became a France fan, that has since faded.

But I owe it all to those Red Wings team for making Sports fun to watch!

01/25/2018 - 6:59pm Lol....  oh man, we are a

Lol....  oh man, we are a dumpsterfire.

01/25/2018 - 6:55pm Is this good.....

Is this good.....

01/04/2018 - 10:59pm WE fall further behind

WE fall further behind

01/04/2018 - 10:57pm It would be great to have

It would be great to have someone like that on our staff...

01/02/2018 - 11:19pm Honestly, I was over it after

Honestly, I was over it after Rich Rod.  The fact we took a guy like Hoke, ever, was a joke.  (My first poem of 2018)  Great Man, Great Michigan man, but was not and never will be a big time head coach.  That was a sad day.  Im just in waiting mode now, waiting for Michigan to come back....Go Blue always, Go Coach Go Harbaugh, Ill root always but Im not emotionally invested right now.

12/21/2017 - 10:11am Any chance he moves to TE in

Any chance he moves to TE in the future??

12/19/2017 - 4:02pm So theres a chance we finish

So theres a chance we finish second again, watch this kid ride the pine for Bama for a year or two, then he explodes and is a fist round nfl talent... Ok I can believe that.

12/14/2017 - 10:25am Ok, I just dont understand

Ok, I just dont understand people either.  Sure lets make sure the market stays closed forever!!!  No new sources of internet, lets just stay behind the times... Another way America continues to fall behind...

Have a good day bud...Im off to do dumb redneck things...

12/14/2017 - 10:22am No! Another stupid talking point...

Have you ever wondered why we live in a wireless world yet the only truly conceivable form of internet for your house is through wires?  Its about a free market, one not mandated by the government, its about innovation and creativity.  Small minded people focus on the “oh, my internet cant be discriminated” when that is not a reality of the situation.  Your internet wont slow down, it will actually speed up, you will have greater access to see what you want when you want.  Your 90 year ld neighbor who uses the internet once a month wont be charged at the same rate you're when you play your video games all day every day.  At the same time you will have access to MORE and faster internet than your 90 year old neighbor requires.  It has virtually (see what I did there) nothing to do with control over what you're and not ablel to see, that is a scare tactic and its working quite well.  You will have more options in providers to choose from, more options in how you access your internet.  Control is used as a loose word here, NN prevents innovation and creativity.

12/14/2017 - 10:04am Thats not true at all.  Have

Thats not true at all.  Have you read the bill in its entirety??  There are still regulations put forth that will require companies to withstand certain speeds.  Besides, think about what youre saying.  Youre UPS, you halt your delivery speeds for shoes because you dont likes shoes, I go to Fedex and get my shoes the next day.  This will cause big companies to be held accountable.  It will open the market for the little guy to come in and create a new form of internet, ones thats not based on wires being dug into the ground....

12/14/2017 - 10:00am Except they wont do that.  No

Except they wont do that.  No private company is going to turn customer away.  Your scenario is dumbfounded.  They are running a business, this whole fear of corporations taking over the world is so stupid...

12/14/2017 - 9:56am lol.... people freaking out,

lol.... people freaking out, its not the end of the world.  This is a good thing.  Did no one use the internet before 2014??

The end of NN is a THREAT to big companies.  It opens the market, allows some genius Millennial to come along and invent a new one in which we receive our internet, one that isn’t reliant on wires.  The internet will be faster, more concise, information will spread.  We are way behind other first world nations in this respect.  Time to allow for more players in the game and LESS GOVERNMENT control!

12/11/2017 - 8:10am So this is what it feels like

So this is what it feels like to win a game we arent suppose to.... What a game!!!

12/08/2017 - 10:27am Wait.... according to the 247

Wait.... according to the 247 composite rankings he is a 3star, 514 in the nation 34th best OT.  Am I missing something??

12/08/2017 - 10:21am Ok Pal, tell me which team is

Ok Pal, tell me which team is it that competes for National Championships and BIG titles almost every year...Dantonio 3 star army or Meyers 5 star army??  One example, one year of MSU hitting on A LOT of underrated recruits does not make a pattern.  Bama and OSU being at the top or at least top 5 of recruiting the last 10-15 years has led to what 5 or 6 national championships, many more appearances, haven't had a playoff were one wasn't included yet, but hey Pal, you got it right that one year, 2015, that one time lol….Dantonio is a great coach so is Harbaugh, so its not out of the realm of possibilities that we over achieve occasionally, but no one wants that here.  Michigan didn't hire Harbaugh and pay him 8 mil a year to occasionally achieve, he was brought in here to mold Michigan into a national powerhouse again, and again, its been proven there is a director correlation between recruiting success and on field success.

For you argument you would have bene much better served arguing for Oklahoma, but even then Baker Mayfield was a transfer soooo….

12/08/2017 - 10:13am did you even read my post?

did you even read my post?  It had nothing to do with Patterson...

12/08/2017 - 10:13am did you even read my post?

did you even read my post?  It had nothing to do with Patterson...

12/07/2017 - 11:00am I thought he was a good

I thought he was a good coach.... Thats about it, he turned two average careers into NFL rostered WR's.  Seemed the play calling and passing was much more creative than what we watched this year, maybe some of that is due to personal.  My post wasn't necessarily a declaration of my want for Jedd back at Michigan more so I am curious to see where he goes next if anywhere.

12/07/2017 - 10:53am While great news and I wish

While great news and I wish nothing but the best for this young man, where are all the studs who should be flocking to Michigan!?

Reality is there is a direct correlation between recruit rankings and quality of team, as long as we are pulling in 1 Top 100 Player (who may be exiting the class) to OSU's 10, we are in trouble.  We may win he occasional game, but until we recruit with Bama and OSU, playoff and BIG titles every year are just a pipe dream...

12/07/2017 - 10:49am Not worthy of a new thread,

Not worthy of a new thread, but any new news on Jedd!!!???  Staying at UCLA looking for head coaching position.  I know its unliekly and nera impossible he'll come back here with two Co-OCord. already....
