Good news for once. Young man seems to have a great attitude about this. Godspeed, Grant!

Based on how long he was hospitalized, it's reasonable to assume that a stick of dynamite got stuck inside his knee cap and exploded.

Don't give Sparty or OSU any ideas!

The refs from Ohio would still miss that call ... even if they tripped over the fuse.
December 2nd, 2016 at 6:04 AM ^
...the refs from The Game would certainly have made the right call: Unsportsmalike Conduct against Grant for 15 yards, and when one approached Harbs to provide an explanation, there would be no patting of asses afterward.

Don't you mean, getting out their lighters to help things along?

As was mentioned, he wasn't in the hospital for 30+ days because of the ligament damage - there was other stuff damaged as well. It's awesome to see him up and about.
Also- Can't we get him some shorts that aren't red and gray?
C'mon Man!

Hope he makes great improvements over time
Appears to have foot drop on right
It will take a great man to make it all the way back

Hope he does better in rehab than Amy Winehouse.
December 1st, 2016 at 8:26 PM ^
Different kind of rehab.
But I upvoted you anyway.
December 1st, 2016 at 6:06 PM ^
damage can heal and in some cases returns to 100%. But that is not always the case. Sometimes the healing is incomplete.
But it takes a LONG time. So the rehab will be slow.
Maybe he can play again. Hope so. Too soon to know.
Most important thing is that he has a very positive attitude, judging from his Twitter.
Whatever happens with football, he seems like a quality guy with good head on his shoulders and, therefore, he has a bright future.

Seems like it could be some common fib n damage. Hopefully it heals back to 100% or close!

Great to see him up and walking. It is a reminder of how severe some of their injuries are. Need to continue to do everything they can to keep the players safe.
December 1st, 2016 at 5:38 PM ^
Should be ready for the bowl games.
December 1st, 2016 at 5:40 PM ^
I really hope he can play again, whenever that is.

Two months to the day. Long road ahead but words can't describe how amazing it feels to walk again. God is so good. pic.twitter.com/tlJVRia5ld

Unfortunately the latest version of Firefox which I am on shows just a black window on all Twitter videos. Ive updated everything related to flash. Firefox is no longer good.

May be good to fire the fox. Also if you're using a bunch of extensions(Or are they plug-ins in FF I forget), I'd look there first.

Great news, but that does not look like a guy who will be playing football next year.
December 1st, 2016 at 8:33 PM ^
I think he will. Still a way to go and it won't be early in the year but he will next year.

I could see 1 year to let things fully heal, but if he skips 2, that means he'll go almost 3 years without playing a real game. I dunno...I can't see that being a good scenerio.
December 1st, 2016 at 6:01 PM ^
AMAZING! Keep it up, Grant. Hope to see you on the field soon.
