As was mentioned, he wasn't  in the hospital for 30+ days because of the ligament damage - there was other stuff damaged as well. It's awesome to see him up and about.

Also- Can't we get him some shorts that aren't red and gray?

Great for him
Hope he makes great improvements over time
Appears to have foot drop on right
It will take a great man to make it all the way back

damage can heal and in some cases returns to 100%.  But that is not always the case.  Sometimes the healing is incomplete.

But it takes a LONG time.  So the rehab will be slow.

Maybe he can play again.  Hope so.  Too soon to know.

Most important thing is that he has a very positive attitude, judging from his Twitter.

Whatever happens with football, he seems like a quality guy with good head on his shoulders and, therefore, he has a bright future.

He didn't redshirt...I wonder if we could do some kind of medical for him this year and then a normal redshirt next year. Or vice versa. Basically can he get this year and next and be a 6th year candidate. Problem is I don't think you can put in for all of that this early in his career. But ideally I'd love to see him skip next year and not lose the elibility. Come back in 2018 fully healthy for 2 more seasons.
