Definitely rooting for Hawaii in this one. Didn't see it mentioned here, but Sai Tummala (former Michigan preferred walk-on) is getting minutes for Hawaii. He transferred from Michigan to JuCo, then finished his degree at Arizona St. and grad transferred to Hawaii for this season.

The Pac 12 was grossly overrated. I picked OSU and Cal to lose. Cal got their doors blown off by San Diego St. on a nuetral court.

By the end of day 2 you may only have Oregon and Utah left.

One thing I definitely prefer in the pro game is the overall lack of marginal charging calls made.  In college players fly backwards like they were shot out of a cannon at the slighlest whiff of contact  because it's rewarded by the officials.  In the NBA they generally dont give them that call so guess what?  Those same guys who go flying when someone touches them ever so slightly can suddenly stand their ground when somebody the size of Lebron James runs into them.

Funny how that works.  Once you stop rewarding the behavior the behavior stops.

MIDDLE TENNESSEE, YOURE THE PLACE FOR ME! RAH RAH RAH

Sorry, got the game on mute at work, and trying to make up a MTSU fight song to hum everytime they do something cool.

Is there really a chance the maize and blue will be in the tourney later than sparty? Boy would that be great. Also, our favorite conference may not be any good this year.

The long-range forecast calls for some pretty chilly temps (27-33 degrees), with a possible rain/snow mix, for the April 1 spring game in Ann Arbor. Discuss.
