Harbaugh - Little Interest in College

he has no interest in getting fired but if he does his interest will change.

Stephen Ross will sign him to the Dolphins then will agree with the future AD to trade Harbaugh to Michigan for 2 Cokes.

I'm not saying the post is bad, I just mean speculation in general.

The fact that he said he has any interest at all is a big deal...

Now he can leave his current job and respond with 'they made me an offer I couldn't refuse'

Jim Harbaugh is an NFL coach.

James Joseph Harbaugh' interest in the Michigan position will increase exponentially if all of the following happens

1. Dave Brandon is fired

2. Brady Hoke is relieved from the football HC position

3. SF does not offer an extension, but does not fire him, making him ineligible for a severance

4. SF threatens to trade JH to a less than desirable NFL destination (Cleveland again, Dallas with JJones)

5. Michigan offers >$7M a year

My money is on John Harbaugh.  Otherwise, Mark Schlissel may choose to let the new AD pick his own guy.  Brad Bates would probably pick Chuck Martin.  Warde Manuel would pick Teryl Austin.

Week 4 of the NFL season and Jim Harbaugh's people are stating he has "little interest in coaching college football." I'd hope so seeing as how if his people said "he's dying to go back to coach Michigan," he would have a locker room that hated him the next thirteen weeks.

Sooo... this report is garbage, and the other report from a guy that wears a crown on his webpage is legit?  Makes perfect sense.

I didn't want to be back here again, especially so soon.  I am just not sure that I can go through this again.  

He never was returning to Michigan to begin with.  The media just stokes the fire to garner ratings and national attention.  

I expect a lemon to be consumed by all the non-believers when he's hired. 

Can you imagine the shot of energy hiring him would give this program and this fanbase?

I'd celebrate like a fucking madman. I'd get drunk and go do snow angels outside.

Just keep smiling, Jim. Anyway, listen. I want to release it to the media, but somewhere not big enough to matter, a place not many will read it so we won't scare Michigan away. Afterall, we're in this for the larger picture, Jimbo.

I've got this guy at Bleacher Report that's been thrown out of press conferences due to improper credentials. This fucking guy, I tell you; the security guard told him to stop trying to make this bleacher report thing happen.

Jim Harbaugh would NEVER use some Bleacher Report guy to help him establish a strong bargaining position...

no doubt.  But Harbaugh would be a complete idiot say anything else publically during the current season.  Otherwise he'd be completely torpedoing both his season and pretty much pulling the rug out from under Brady Hoke at the same time.

Thats OK, John Harbaugh is a better fit.  Mattison would stay on as DC, and Hoke could be D Line coach (aha just kiddin but you never know).

Bottom line:  Pray for more turbulance and losses for Baltimore.
