Go Blue!
January 24th, 2024 at 8:40 PM ^
Yep! No man is bigger than the team.
I still remember the sentiments surrounding the 2013 and 2014 OSU games. In 2013 we were so happy to have kept it close. In 2014 the people in the room all said early on how we hoped it would stay close long enough to enjoy it. From that to turning the tide in the rivalry and now national champions.
Thank you, Coach Harbaugh. I hope you like the statue that’s sure to be standing proudly in Ann Arbor.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:53 PM ^
Thank you, indeed.
He promised us he wouldn't look around for 7-years when he got here.
He started looking after that as he wanted to go to the NFL.
Moore is the coach and we will be fine.

Not upset one bit. Thanks for the championship. Im glad this yearly crap is over GO BLUE!
January 24th, 2024 at 7:19 PM ^
I am appreciative but upset. He had a dynasty in waiting at UM. Ann Arbor is an awesome place to live
January 24th, 2024 at 7:52 PM ^
Why neg? It’s ok to be upset, disappointed, whatever word you want to use. Doesn’t take anything away from what Jim accomplished. For me personally, I had hoped a national championship might be the beginning, not the end.

Always and forever Go Blue!
January 24th, 2024 at 6:54 PM ^
Go Blue
Go Chargers
Go Lions
Thank you Jim
January 24th, 2024 at 6:54 PM ^
Godspeed, Harbaugh. You gave the Pope a Michigan helmet and you got us the Natty. Thank you. Go blue!
January 24th, 2024 at 6:54 PM ^
Would've been great if he stayed, but the aura of the last three years will live forever. Had the possibility of fading a little if he left and lost some games to OSU.
January 24th, 2024 at 8:42 PM ^
Said similar things about McCarthy, Edwards (though thrilled he’s coming back) and the others who, while still having eligibility, are leaving UM having no idea what it feels like to lose to OSU.
Harbaugh gets to leave on as high a note as he could have. He saved Michigan from mediocrity.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:54 PM ^
Thank you indeed. Hope he has a long and successful career. And I hope we promote Moore to HC.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
He will be back in a few years
January 24th, 2024 at 6:57 PM ^
Shouldn’t username be UM2LosAngeles2UM?
January 24th, 2024 at 7:26 PM ^
Not yet.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:35 PM ^
I do think it’s a possibility if he wins a Superbowl and the stars align, he could return someday.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
I'm not. He did his job. Thanks Coach Harbaugh.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
We came a long way from the covid season. Thanks Jim, Go Blue.
I think we are in good hands with Santa Ono at the helm.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:57 PM ^
Does he know the Ravens' defensive scheme?
January 24th, 2024 at 6:58 PM ^
Santa to DC
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
Coach Moore, come on down!
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
He won as many National Championships as any Michigan coach of the last 70 years
January 24th, 2024 at 7:01 PM ^
No doubt! Great point!
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
Good luck coach! Go Blue forever
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
I'm thankful. He gave us back our Saturday's immediately and gave us the best three year stretch of football in my lifetime.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:37 PM ^
I've been watching Michigan football since 2002 or so. This 3 year run has been so far and above any other stretch of my fandom so far. I'll be forever grateful that he came back and got back to the mountaintop.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
Maybe give us a day to process this? Right now, fuckkkkkkkk. everyone. Fuck Warde and fuck the regents, and you too Jordan acker.
But yes, thank you Jim. For everything. It’s been an amazing 3 years that we will never forget
January 24th, 2024 at 6:55 PM ^
Cant say I blame him. The juvenile bullshit he had to endure this year is beyond comprehension. Now Sherrone has a chance to be 2-0 against the snitch down south.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:56 PM ^
Sucks that he's bailing when he has a chance to deliver a death blow to OSU, but hopefully our team rally arounds the adversity.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:58 PM ^
But imagine the incredible feeling if a young Sherrone Moore delivers that death blow.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:24 PM ^
I want maximum odds. If sherrone shines, than even better.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:56 PM ^
I'll miss the weirdness in a way. I don't think his schtick will work any longer in the NFL than it did the first time. But good luck to him.
January 25th, 2024 at 2:12 AM ^
Well it got him to the SB, so that's not bad, eh?
January 24th, 2024 at 6:56 PM ^
Best coach ever!
January 24th, 2024 at 6:56 PM ^
You’re the man Jim. Thank you
January 24th, 2024 at 6:56 PM ^
Michigan was always his 2nd choice. Ready for a HC who wants to coach Michigan.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:01 PM ^
100% he never truly wanted to be here. Like the girlfriend who is always texting other guys
January 24th, 2024 at 7:03 PM ^
He never had to come back to Michigan. He could have bounced around the NFL like ever other coach. He came back because this place means a lot to him. I will never doubt that.
January 24th, 2024 at 8:30 PM ^
2 completely shitty takes. He came to Michigan and kicked ass. He didnt owe us a damn thing.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:05 PM ^
Absurd. If he didn’t want to be here he wouldn’t have come and would have left after a couple of years when he was a hot candidate and swatted away all offers.
He’s ready for something new now.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:43 PM ^
Remember when Oakland was in play? Michigan was his 1st choice then, or else he would have went there.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:57 PM ^
Co-sign. Everything we dreamed of when he was hired and more. The best three-year stretch of football we will ever see, almost certainly. The program is in a strong position going forward, and there is a logical successor in place who even has game experience.
He came home. He saw. He worked hard. He succeeded, he failed, he re-tooled, he put together an incredible staff and roster. He won.
Nothing but gratitude.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:57 PM ^
It was a great 9 years, in fact. Hats off to a Michigan legend, Jim Harbaugh!
January 24th, 2024 at 6:57 PM ^
I just think he could have really established a legacy
The natty is great and I'm happy about it, but it the program falls apart now I think it will detract from his legacy
January 24th, 2024 at 6:58 PM ^

January 24th, 2024 at 7:07 PM ^
3 big ten titles in a row, first national championship in 27 years, and you think that his legacy might be impacted if the program falls apart without him? Not a chance.
January 24th, 2024 at 7:14 PM ^
It would detract from any legacy at Michigan. But does a coaching mercenary like Harbaugh care about legacy in the way we, as fans, think of it? If he did, he'd be one of the guys who sticks around for another decade.
I'm just thankful for the terrific run he had. This program was notably improved even during that first game loss at Utah. The middle years struggle with goliath, in the end, just made these last three years all the sweeter. The dude flat out, beat the shit out of them with 'less' and capped it with a National Title.
January 24th, 2024 at 6:57 PM ^
Thank you Jim! Fuck you B1G and NCAA 🖕🏾
