I think we can spy him with Bush who can definitely track him down and make him pay for trying to run
October 27th, 2018 at 11:22 PM ^
McSorely is their only real weapon. Sanders is a good back, but I don't think he can make anything on his own if the OL isn't making that first hole. And the WR's don't scare me. I just don't see PSU staying competitive - the game should have some garbage time in it...

That’s what I’m thinking re: LSU and Bama. Even if Bama loses and they don’t go to the SEC title game, the committee may still put them in because they’re Bama, and because of historical bias after their last ten years of dominance. There’s already the precedent for putting them in after last year, and they went out and won it all. Saban would publicly come out and dare the committee to leave them out. The committee could very well cave and put them back in at Michigan’s expense.
Ideally, what we want next week is for Bama to win, which would knock LSU out of the race completely, and then ND to lose to NW. That opens us up to get out of the four slot against Bama and, if we were to make the playoff, have a (relatively speaking) more manageable first matchup against Clemson.
October 28th, 2018 at 2:17 AM ^
It might help if we could get some style points, we may need to blow some teams out the next few weeks by throwing up55 like Clemson did today, they know their weak schedule will be examined so they're trying to run it up. Obviously it doesn't matter if they don't have a loss but they squeaked by Syracuse and might have a tight game in the next few weeks as well.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:01 PM ^
don't lose your grip Okie State...
October 27th, 2018 at 11:04 PM ^
This is just a drunk thought but since Texas and Texas A&M are both ass they should start playing each other again to see who is the assiest
October 27th, 2018 at 11:11 PM ^
Fuck Texas is going to win this and will be an ESPN darling
October 27th, 2018 at 11:45 PM ^
Nope.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:14 PM ^
Well, don't look now...
UT has the last two scores and its now 31-28, with 12 minutes left. Is it just me, or do these teams that look like ass, also look similar to Michigan? I mean, I know M's offense is still a bit janky, but these asshats can't spell 'tackle', or 'cover'...
October 27th, 2018 at 11:19 PM ^
Not really. Michigan wears teams down on both sides of the ball. They don't choke like Ok St is doing now.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:28 PM ^
Yeah, my statement read totally different from what I was trying to say! I meant to ask if Michigan looks similar because the national media has us sharing the Top 10 with UT, UF, etc... And they don't look anything like Michigan!
I'm pretty certain that Michigan would throw both of these teams (UT and Okie St) into the dirty laundry bin and not look back.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:18 PM ^
Refs have screwed Ok St on spots repeatedly. Crazy
October 27th, 2018 at 11:19 PM ^
Not that I want it to happen, but USC should throw $6+ mil/yr at Mike Leach. With the QBs and playmakers Leach would have at his disposal, he’d only need a halfway decent D to compete for PAC titles and CFP berths (annually).
October 27th, 2018 at 11:22 PM ^
they'll never do it but that would make sense.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:21 AM ^
haha. i remember hearing something similar to this about 10 years ago.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:22 PM ^
There are so many teams this year where I'm just confused by them. Texas is one of them.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:24 PM ^
Eh that's college football though. Very few teams you can "rely" on. Anyone can lose , specially on the road.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:24 PM ^
That was a safety on Texas and the refs engineered it to avoid the safety. What bullshit!
October 27th, 2018 at 11:26 PM ^
Convenient no call on the next play too.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:27 PM ^
agree. 66 tackled his man in the endzone. maybe the contact started on the 1 yard line but he landed on him in the end zone.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:29 PM ^
Why the fuck would you run a pitch on 1st and goal at the 1? That is so stupid
October 27th, 2018 at 11:31 PM ^
OkSt doesn't have a murder back like ben mason
October 27th, 2018 at 11:36 PM ^
They ran from the I so I thought they knew what they were doing. They got away with it though
October 27th, 2018 at 11:33 PM ^
Purdue would beat both of these big 12 patsies. NW, PSU, Sparty, Iowa, Wisconsin. Hell Minnesota & IU might.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:04 AM ^
Well, I know Maryland sure could.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:38 PM ^
And now it's Oregon's turn to lose. Almost the entire top 25 lost today, just in time for the first cfp rankings, lol
October 28th, 2018 at 12:11 AM ^
Mostly teams that didn't matter anyways.
Next week will shape it up a bit more, though we'll see how much love OU and UGA get on Tuesday.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:39 PM ^
Illinois gave up 63 to Maryland....Jesus Christmas. How much longer does Lovie last?
October 27th, 2018 at 11:42 PM ^
I thought Lovie was a good hire and would make them respectable. Boy was I wrong...
October 27th, 2018 at 11:46 PM ^
Texas cheerleaders.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:18 AM ^
Right?
October 27th, 2018 at 11:46 PM ^
I thought Texas was back? Oh, and Texas A&M losing takes out Bama's only good win to date. Not that it matters.
October 28th, 2018 at 3:55 AM ^
It was phrased as a rhetorical question that is obviously false. You know that, yet you persist on posting that meme. You should really stop doing that.
October 28th, 2018 at 11:41 AM ^
Saying “I thought Texas was back?” is a question. You meant it as a declarative statement. There is a difference. You asked us if you thought Texas was back.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:09 PM ^
If you thought that was an honest question, then your meme posting makes even less sense.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:18 AM ^
Texas is always back until they aren’t....
October 27th, 2018 at 11:47 PM ^
Dumb onside kick from Texas. That was weak. Now can Ok St get a first down to end it
October 27th, 2018 at 11:47 PM ^
Tom Herman with the Brady Hoke: “Timeout-timeout-timeout! ....Oh, TD, OK.”
October 27th, 2018 at 11:52 PM ^
I like to see Texas lose. This makes me happy.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:52 PM ^
HAHAHAHAAAA!!! Don't have to worry about UT anymore...
October 27th, 2018 at 11:53 PM ^
I think Tom wanted a piece of Mike. He gone' lose. Mike is a man.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:55 PM ^
WTF was that? Fuck Hermann, what an ass.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:55 PM ^
Hilarious And shocking Herman flipped like a douscher there
October 27th, 2018 at 11:57 PM ^
What a strange post game talk. I know Mike was just explaining his side, but the exchange, because of the noise was strange looking.
October 27th, 2018 at 11:56 PM ^
Was hoping for the TD play. Gundy is no man...
October 27th, 2018 at 11:57 PM ^
I said the same thing! I was shouting, go for the TD!!!! Mike wasn't as fired up as Tommy.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:01 AM ^
Steers of Austin taken down by a group of teenage turtles to begin the season, and now a loss to a mob of Okies.
October 28th, 2018 at 12:06 AM ^
October 28th, 2018 at 12:08 AM ^
12 teams left in contention for the playoff, I think.
SEC: Alabama*, LSU*, Georgia*, Kentucky*
ACC: Clemson*
PAC-12: Washington State
Big 12: Oklahoma, West Virginia
Big 10: Michigan*, Ohio State
Independent: Notre Dame*
AAC: UCF
*s indicate they control their own playoff destiny, I think.
