This is epic on so many levels
Metaphysical? Level 3? Sea Level? Eye Level?
Yes.
What are the chances we see this all-Michigan backfield during the season?
Awesome. Checked out the Jags schedule today and noticed they are playing the Broncos in Denver. Will definitely be making the short drive from Boulder for that game. I might be the only person in the stadium rooting for the Jags.
Just noticed they are playing the Jets in NJ for a preseason game. I've never actually had a desire to go to a Jets game before, but I'm actually thinking of going to see Denard play.
Cheap tix, can move down to the front. This is the first year in a while I'll be going to the Meadowlands, to watch Will Campbell and Denard. And Henne and Harris, of course, though no longer rookies.
When Henne was a UM senior winning the Capital One Bowl for Lloyd Carr.
is on BTN right now
And Henne is so happy, he does the Gator chomp:
This game always makes me melancholy. I realize we won, and beat a great Florida team, but the foreboding of what happens the next few years just kills me (especially in hindsight - yes, a massive logical fallacy).
How many times did Manningham rush the ball this game? We ran a bunch of end-arounds, it seems.
thinking about the season that led up to that game. That Citrus Bowl game was a glimpse of what could have been had half our team not been injured or playing at well less than 100% due to said injuries. It was a sweet win though.
Jacksonville's Wolverine backfield would be awesome!
Also, in this game, we had the traitor, Justin Boren, and Cam Newton actually was on Florida's roster in this game.
We were also playing against Urban Meyer and Greg Mattison.
with cursed double posts.
The all-time leading passing QB and the all-time leading rushing QB in Michigan history.
Something you may never see again.
Well I certainly hope they'll practice again.
whoa
Did Twitter sleep with your mom or something?
What?????
assume that you mean us old white guys.
just noticed that as well. I remember standing next to him at a house party and thinking 'I'm in better shape than this guy'
if you have ever really met him you would know he is built husky but strong as all get out. being related to him and knowing his dad really well he would never let chad get out of shape
The best part about this photo is, of course, that there are almost 21,000 yards of Michigan's offense in the last eight seasons represented in this one handoff. Nice to see two of the more highly decorated QBs in Michigan history in the same offense.
steven threet is upset about being left off this list
JUSTIN FEAGIN (sp?)
I was trying to be sensitive to his concussion issues.
Jags vs. Pats - Henne throws for 300 yds, Denard rushes for 150 yds. Brady throws 5 TDs and rests for the 4th quarter. Mallett comes in, plays decently for a series or two, then switches teams after the game. Navarre is watching all this from the couch. The recent history of the Michigan quarterbacks in a single game, ladies and gents.
Forcier probably could get a job selling concessions for the Jaguars. Then maybe we can get a pic of Forcier handing off 2 Cokes to Denard and Henne!
It would be WAYYY cooler if McGuffie flipped over Forcier AND took the handoff of 2 cokes, then gave the cokes to Denard and Henne!
and couldn't be more exciting. On the first day of rookie minicamps, prior to Denard's Graduation, I was soooo pumped to see Maize & Blue EVERYWHERE! We have the greatest and most loyal fans in the World. See you in the Bud Zone at Everbank!!!
Robo Henne to Dilithium
Never before have I seen so much win in one picture
