Did you miss that he intentionally made this list as bad as possible? Or is my sarcasm meter broken? |

Since Sundaybluesunday was talking about the 2012 class I fail to see how your facts are relevant to his post. Interesting facts, but you aren't really responding to his point. |

Where do all the posters saying let the kids play stand on a guy like BWC then? How many people complain that RR wasted a year of BWC's eligibility by letting him play his freshman year? Could anyone explain to me why their opinion differs from player to player on this issue? |

With Shane I think they only take 1 QB. Also, based on the trench mentality of the coaches I would guess they take 4 O linemen or more in every class. Or maybe one more TE with the potential to become a tackle. Other than that I would agree that list seems pretty reasonable. |

You say "Having two solid home and aways would mean less than 7 home games some years" Thats what we will have with a Pac 12 B1G and M-ND arrangement. But even having these 2 solid home and away series M will have 7 home games a year. 4 home Big Ten Games 2 Home MACrifices 1 of the 2 home and away series games 4+2+1=7 Home game every year. |

I would even argue that the 1997 UM team shows that you can win with a solid but unspectacular QB. I just think it is much harder and less common to win that way.
although I just looked up the BCS champs and it seems much more evenly split between super star QB's and defense wins championships than I would have expected. |
