Where's Heiko yo
Hoke was top notch at this aspect of his job.
An hour and 43 minutes.
QUARTERBACK! Devin owns the offseason. Morris needs time.
RUNNING BACK! Green and Fitz, Fitz and Green, others advised to wait until next year.
TIGHT ENDS! So many of them. Funchess weight theory promulgated.
WIDE RECEIVERS! I love this crew yo. Gallon makes it look easy, eyes closed out routes, Darboh and Chesson for real, and Criminally Underused Drew Dileo.
OFFENSIVE LINE! Well… offensive line.
NOSE! They go three deep with established starters or promising players.
SDE/3TECH! Mystery and doubt.
WDE/SAM! Jake Ryan should come back. Frank Clark comin'?
ILB! James Ross comin'.
SECONDARY! Wither Kovacs. More corner depth, though.
Spread punt plz.
Mostly just laughing and saying various recruits' names repeatedly.
"Nights of Wine and Roses," Japandroids
"O Be Joyful," Shovels and Rope
"Alex Chilton," The Replacements
"The Denial Twist," The White Stripes
and of course, "Across 110th Street."

Welp there goes my Thursday evening.
Alex Chilton, nice!
It auto-downloaded to my iPhone about 30 minutes ago so it should be on iTunes now.
now i have to wait until friday to listen to this
Go for a walk - easy, low-intensity, good for recovery.
I wont feel like its a new season until WE GET A NEW BANNNNNERRRRR !!!!!
Strobel to DT?
Wow, absolutely no love for D. Smith at RB. Redshirt and wait until Fitz is gone?
Ace, you corrected the George Campbell gaffe as George Whitman. That, too, is incorrect.
The QB Guru name is George Whitfield
I watch too much Mad Men. At least I was closer, I guess?
Is it "le-WAN" or "LOO-an"?
Love the podcasts but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE learn how to pronounce our All American left tackle's last name! Holy cow that bugs me. More than it should, no doubt. But holy cow.
I give Brian crap for this every time we record. I don't think it's working.
Hoping somebody can help me out here with my podcast-related ignorance: I downloaded it from the link at the bottom of the post ("direct download link"), but it cuts off after about 53 minutes, so I'm assuming there's another half of the podcast that I'm not getting.
What am I doing wrong?
Same thing happened to me. Tried it again by right-clicking the link, and save as and it worked.
I will give that a try. Appreciate the response.
Saw them for free about this time a year ago. One of those bands that everyone should be glad that they're blowing up.
Has anyone seen or heard of Blake or any othe non depth position being used on special teams?
wanted to punch a small manatee every time Brian said "Lewan". STOP. NOOOOOO
No love for Taylor Louien?
in Tuscaloosa. Eat your hearts out, pretenders.
Listened to this on a plane. It was book on tape vresion of HTTV
For anyone that wants to listen to these podcasts on their mobile devices, plug this URL into your favorite podcast player as an RSS feed.
Worked great for me with DoggCatcher.
FYI - Ace is correct. The Frank Clark "free smash" of Braxton MIller was absolutley NOT blind side.
Braxton just didn't see him coming.
Was awful. 3-4 loss team? Loo-an? Clark's hit blindside?
fantastic work guys - and it actually downloaded from itunes, unlike every podcast from last year. I did feel like it was bizarro world with Brian not the most pesmoistic guy in the room.
Just as a help to anyone who is having trouble with getting these on their iphone, download the RSS Radio App. It's free and lets you subscribe to up to 3 podcasts before you have to pay. It will notify you when there's a new one and will download to your phone so you don't have to deal with streaming. Saved me lots of headaches.
Will you be reprising your role in the counter-argument as to why animals cannot play human football, by switching the intended use of the word football (American) to futbol (Worldwide)?
I read the comments about the Lewan pronounciation before listening and thought it couldn't really be that bad....but seriously it distracted me from the analysis and made me keep fighting to not think of Brian as another teams commentator talking about Michigan.
For all the crap Brian gives other people for not knowing what they are talking about this was pretty embarrasing
The Clark hit was most definitely not blind side. Miller had his back turned, but that's not what qualifies the blind side...the ONLY thing that does is the hand dominance of the quarterback. Clark came around from the spot where the right tackle would normally be.
I use BeyondPod, although I don't listen to podcasts on my phone/tablet that often so there might be better apps.I'm mostly sad Google Listen was a casualty of the Google Reader shutdown.
