I legitimately think BWC will be 3rd or 4th team at the end of the year. I'm becoming more optimistic with each passing day. I like his new attitude. |
| 19 hours 58 min ago | Most indoor facilities have |
Most indoor facilities have smaller than normal fields, but ultimate is a newer kickass place. they have basically a full size field in there. As far as the regulation size of the field, you could look up the rules on the google machine for specifics, but basically there's a minimum for each of the field dimensions and a maximum. Most of the time in the US the fields are a little smaller than in other parts of the world just because they double as football fields and they can't make them that much bigger even though everyone would like them to be. Everything else about the field is standardized, like size of the box, goal, circle, etc. I am kind of surprised they're playing this game indoors in the middle of May, however. Seems unnecessary and they could probably get a fair amount of people to attend at a small stadium if they advertised it well enough. Also, there are no boards. |

I think if I was a coach I would tell my players never to hurdle anyone. It seems like 90 percent of the time they get tackled as soon as they hit the ground and only end up gaining about 3 more yards. If they took a good line to the sideline they'd probably get at least 10, and not risk getting flipped onto their head. It's not really a very practically useful move. |

Interesting that the offense is now run by the luck coordinator. I wouldn't mind having that guy on our sideline. |

Haven't we learned from taking the cream of the crop? I'm hoping by the time one of these guys retires we can promote from within like in the good old days. I would obviously trust Hoke to find a great replacement more than we should have trusted certain people in the past however (hindsight). |

What was the evidence for that? I don't remember anything. He's always seemed like kind of a tool to me but a good kid nonetheless. |

I'm not sure about Onyewu these days. I hope someone steps up back there. I haven't seen him in a while but he was looking to be slowing down last year. He's obviously still one of our best options though. #Americaproblems |
| 3 days 14 hours ago | Pitt and Syracuse are lookin |
Pitt and Syracuse are lookin like the weird kid on the block that no one wants to play with, including their own coaches in the case of Pitt. "Hey Pitt! Go long! Keep going!..... Keep going!..... Come on test my arm!.............goooo..... alright let's make a break for the Big12. I don't want to play with these weirdos." |
| 5 days 14 hours ago | Except how do you pick the |
Except how do you pick the best player on a football team like Michigan? Everyone's role is completely different and judging from the way we're recruiting it's likely that most of those roles will be filled by someone pretty damn good. There's no way to fairly assess who is best. Bad idea. |
| 5 days 14 hours ago | Read an article a while back |
Read an article a while back about how the #1 jersey thing is getting a little out of hand as far as what the criteria are. The longer we go without having someone wear it, the harder it becomes for someone to be worthy of it. Also with all of the hype surrounding it, I worry that it might go against the team mentality/hurt the psyche of the other receivers. It's become a tougher situation than it ever should have with the whole endowment thing and all the hype about Hoke bringing it back. I would like to see someone get it sooner rather than later, even if that player is not necessarily a top 5 receiver in college like the past #1s. |
