see that Brady Hoke is following in Bo's footsteps. I feel that he echoes those very words in the way he cares about his players, the love he has for Michigan football and the way he pours his heart into this program. This isn't just a job for him, it's his life, his family. He doesn't need the fame or the spotlight that other coaches strive for. He's fully engaged in the players. When you coach like that, when you live like that, your players see how much you care for them and they want to go out and win for you and win for Michigan. You can see the same thing in Mattison and Borges. I know some weren't happy about the hiring of Brady, but I couldn't ask for a better coaching staff.

and I love Hoke as much or more than anyone for coach at U-M, I lobbied for him tremendously!

But make no mistake about it, as great a coaches as we've had in AA, the single greatest will always be Fielding H. Yost, he started the domination and we're still going strong a 110 years later.

This speech gives me chills every time, no matter how many times I have heard it. I need to play this next time we have one of our employee engagement retreats.

I was actually just about to go on an evening jog, and I now feel motivated to demolish my  mile time.

I just upgraded to my first smartphone this weekend, now I have to learn how to download such great Michigan "stuff" for ringtones and alarm clock tones.

How would I go about making Bo's speech a ringtone?  Or even the piano version of "The Victors" used for Kate's "Cat Daddy" moves?

That is crazy good.  Made my kids watch it.  Heard the phrase many times but never saw the actual speech.  Met Bo 2 weeks before he died.  A legend indeed.  Brady Hoke is a chip off the ole block.
