Survive and Advance? Postgame Snowflakes and Tex/ASU Open Thread

Submitted by bballislife22 on
Finished up a pretty sloppy game, one I consider to be our 2nd worst offensive performance of the season (Charlotte still the worst). Everything we have grown to expect to not see from a Beilein coached team (turnovers, dumb shots) we saw tonight. Defense was alright I guess, but got lucky Wofford shot just as terribly as us. However, I guess at this point in the year, any win is a good win. Pretty confident we'll be able to turn things around on Saturday. Always survive and advance. Who would everyone rather play between Texas and ASU? I don't see a whole lot of difference between the two. Both teams are coming in kind of cold.

Even though the refs are screwing the Jaspers over a little bit, you can tell Louisville is way better, they're just playing really bad. They're finally running an offense instead of throwing up bullshit everytime they have the ball.

What an amazing day of sports, especially those going into extra sessions (minus the PSU hockey debacle)--I've been watching basketball and hockey for almost ten straight hours exclusively, and haven't had nearly enough yet!

Horrid use of replay to correct a no-call. Obvious that the NM St. Player still had his hand on the ball when the SDSU player's hand left the frame. Wow. Manufactured close games all around.

I feel like our boyz thought they would roll over them, Honestly.  When that was not happening to the degree they expected I felt that there play spoke: We are going to win anyway, thefefore i feel they played the last few minutes of the first half and second half 'uninspired'.   Hard to imagine not being inspired in the NCAA's even with a pretty sure we are going to win against you opponent.

Go Blue, Play inspired!
