and now thet are going on the road .... to Harbaugh's house. Annother Power 5 team and UNLV will be physically outmatched and unable to compete.  I expect to see at least 300 rushing yards and another 200 through the air.  Easy victory ... score will be what Harbaugh wants it to be.

Michigan wins 41-6

UNLV gets one field goal on the first drive of the game (causing everyone to sigh once again), but will not get their second until garbage time against our 2nd string.

Yeah but I do think there's a difference between a preview type prediction with some explanation as to why (which the OP didn't offer) and a Guess the Score. I don't usually mind these threads but we end up with 5 each week it seems. I wish we could have some kind of "this week's predictions" sticky or something.

I just looked it up.  I thought we had a bunch of those but it has happened only three times since Bo's arrival, all when he was coach.  My memory was affected by two of them being on consecutive Saturdays in 1987:

Michigan 49 Long Beach State 0 on 9/26

Michigan 49 Wisconsin 0 on 10/3 (Nobody could beat Wisconsin like that today, right?)

Our team has a good defense and UNLV is really really weak.  You have to be lucky and good to shut teams out these days, but this is the most likely shutout in years.

We are playing grind it out football but it might not matter.  With one or two defensive scores we can make 49-0 happen.

We block a punt and score a TD.  That, alone, is enought to win by 7-6.

We won't need the other 24 points from the offense, or the seven from the defense.  We'll still get them, but we won't really need them.

I agree. I think that we take this opportunity to practice our passing game. Not saying we don't run run the ball but we haven't really tested our receivers and we need too. If we don't test the passing game I feel we just suck in that area and we are going to just run defenses into Bolivia with many "harbacks".

Michigan in a rout, getting better every game is the key, if the passing game catches fire we could give sparty a better shot than most people are predicting! How cool would it be entering that week with only 1 loss, and it's more than possible

I am struggling with the pick this week because I am picking against the spread and Michigan is currently favored by 36.5 (just an office pool and that was the line when the picks went out).  I want to take the under on it, because it seems that the dogs will be called off if Michigan goes up by 5 scores (which still isn't enough to cover the spread).
