No Way we lose 5 games this year. I predict an undefeated season. Our defense is going to be so much better and our offense will be at least as good. I think having the brawlers up front in the middle of the line are going to be at least as good as last year, even with their youth. They are definitely going to be able to run the ball more and passing is improved exponentially with Devin and some big receivers. 7-5? I really don't think so. CMU W ND W (could have easily won this last year without an inexplicable 6 turnovers) Akron W @UConn W Minn W @PSU W Ind W @MSU W (defense destroys MSU's weak O and exposes their overrated 2013 D) Neb W (last year was a fluke because of denard's injury. We are definitely winning this) @NW W @Iowa W Ohio W (Ohio overrated and cannot sustain their playing above themselves last year out of anger and spite and also getting really lucky several times) This year we are the best team in the B1G. the Hoke Factor comes to full fruition in year 3. |

M Alumni Rule! I am happy to see all of our alumni come out and support the University and I am always happy to see our most famous alumni come out including the Fab 5. It was a very exciting time for me to attend Michigan and I cannot forget how incredibly awesome our basketball team was. I want all of our alumni to come to all the games. The world can see what we produced. Would love to have Griese, Brady and Woodson come to watch our football team win the national championship next year. I will not cry if the media gives them attention while at the game. |

Wolverines score easily with big plays through the air. Special teams gives us good field position all night. Cierre Wood runs for 150 but it is not enough to overcome ND's 3 missed field goals. |

The future is bright. Some young guys have proved they deserve playing time over upper classmen - and in key situations and they came through. How can you not like that? Concerns about this year, but for future years we will be back to our old dominant ways.

I love the strategy and hope we see some games in California. U of M has a huge alumni base here, particularly in the SF Bay Area and thebay area has one of the best football high schools in CA (De La Salle High where Amani Toomer went). In CA I'd like to see games against Stanford and USC. Elsewhere Tennessee, Florida State, and Texas are on my wish list. Excellent recruting states after we fill up with the best that the midwest has to offer. |

Then how would he explain Stanford. They are truly a bunch of do gooders who run you over like a Mack Truck. I have yet to see criminal convictions from the Cardinal. Also, Notre Dame fans, staff, and administrators regularly make moronic comments about everything under the sun including race, grades, admissions, and their perceived unappreciated greatness fro playing Navy every year. ND is full of the bull stuff. |

I found it interesting that Hoke said Stephen Hopkins is up to 245 pounds and is a guy who will do good things. Is this the bad weight or is this now good weight this deep into camp? A good 245 would be incredible if he can really bring it. |

This is a spread dominated conference. RR will probably continue the 3-3-5 which is probably more suited to this conference except when playing Stanford and USC. A minimum of 7 Spread teams out of 12: OR, OSU, WSU, CAL, UT, AZ, ASU, and am I missing anyone? Lots of games going into the wee hours in quadruple overtime. |

and we should all thank Wellman and Hoke for setting huge goals over the summer: certain players had to and did bulk up (Roh), certain players had to and did shred pounds and get leaner (BWC), and everyone got stronger and tough enough that no one was carried down field for 4 yards after contact with a runnung back or wide receiver. If you heard what the players said in interviews, Wellman is THE MAN indeed as they have testified! Massive Kudos for getting not only buy in, but results. This staff is ON it! |
