My cool story bro: Way back when we lived in Chicago (20 years ago), my wife went to buy some wine from a Binny's in Lincoln Park and this guy (Donald Gibb a.k.a. "Ogre") was there marketing/selling his own wine. She and a friend talked to him a bit about the wine--they said he was a very pleasant guy. And they didn't ask him to say "NEEEEERDS!" which he seemed to appreciate.

Hush, you!

NFL: This is Pro Football Focus.  They know their stuff.  Clearly, Jenkins, Graham and JJ all need another year at Michigan before they'll be ready to play on Sundays.

Wolverines disrespected again!  Four names but none have prominent first team mentions.

Same as B1G weekly awards:  26 players named in first six weeks and exactly one Michigan player (Week 5, Josaiah Stewart; no JJ, Wilson, Corum, Graham, et. al.).  Makes no sense.

Fuel for continued motivation!

Surprised no Xavier Worthy, in the few games I've seen, he looks like a top 10 pick

it's nice to see some Beavers on the list since I have so many dollars going there with 2 kids enrolled.  They are now the "second" team I that I root for

Too many Irish on the list- to hell with them

you'd think the #1 defense in the country would have more than just Sainristil

I can never decide between that Suh performance and a game Mike Ruth had for Boston College in the 1980s.  I have long since forgotten the opponent, but I still remember a play during crunch time where BC dropped 10 guys into coverage on a pass play, sending only Ruth from the nose, and he got to the QB.  Against 5 OL!

Graham is so good already, it is scary to think of what he could be in another year or two.

Three Buckeye OLinemen are cited as All-American team picks? Are you kidding me based on their offensive production. What is the criteria for these choices?

JJ is not a surprising omission. Like the Heisman, the All-American QB voting is merely for a specific offensive system now: spread offenses that air it out and rack up stats.

It's less about command and more about gawdy numbers. That's why Lincoln Riley's guys win frequently. Large numbers is all they care about with QBs anymore.
