Celtics and Cavs about to start. Go Celtics!! Anyone watching? What’s everyone think the outcome will be?

I’m not sure he will get it. His teammates have been an absolute shit-show in road games. Unfortunately for LeBron, the loss will be pinned on him even if he plays well.

The Kyrie move obviously did not go through him, and the resulting IT/Crowder mess. Getting Hill/Nance/Clarkson/Hood out of that was a masterful job by the Cavs FO. The fact that these generally talented and established players can't hit a shot on the road is not on him.

Kyrie left because of LeBron James so yes it did go through him. It was because of him.

I think getting Hill/Hood/Nance/Clarkson all of who are doing nearly nothing in the playoffs and the adjective "masterful" should never be used together. The mess the Cavs are in personnel wise is all LeBrons doing. He has the final decision on all of those moves.

It's no longer 2012 dude, blindly hating LeBron isn't cool anymore.

The idea that LeBron has final say on every move yet the Kyrie move "went" through him is contradictory. Kyrie left because of him, sure. Kyrie is also a noted head case and wanted to leave because he had won a ring and wanted to prove himself on a team that didn't have arguably the greatest of all time. Trying to critize LeBron for winning a title and being the GOAT is as ridiculous as Kyrie saying the Earth is flat.

And those moves were masterful. Turning a dysfunctional roster with IT, Rose and Crowder into all those guys was a great job. The guys they got forgetting how to hit layups is not LeBron or the FOs fault.

LeBron is not better than Jordan. Not better than Bill Russell either. You can think so all you want but you're wrong.

Kyrie wanted his own team because he had been building that until LeBron just came back out of the blue.

After tonight you're going to want to admit it would have been better had LeBron never come back and you'd still be building something with Kyrie. Instead of left in the lurch by LeBron again... Only this time the franchise is fucked.

There's an old saying about opinions...... If I had to choose a team to play one game that my life depended on, I would have an extremely hard time deciding between MJ and Lebron with the 1rst pick. I'm not sold Bill Russell is even the best  Center of all time.

Not a Cavs fan by any means. But to think that a city that had gone 50 years without any title will regret winning a title is insane.

Also what was Kyrie building lol? A team that was in the lottery and had the #1 pick 2 straight years? That roster won 33 games before LeBron came, and had about 2/3 pieces that were contributing on the roster the next year.

Stop having opinions. You're bad at it.

frustrating for Kyrie Irving to sit and watch, and not have the chance to put LeBron in the place he has wished to put him in since he was at Cleveland, and saw him get all the credit, while he sat in the shadow of it all.

Tonight would have been his prime opportunity.

How does any official call an offensive foul against a guy being guarded by Smart? Might be the worst and most blatant flopper I’ve ever seen

I’m not a big NBA guy but I can’t get over the drop off from watching the Western Conference Finals to the Eastern Conference Finals.

the other night and agree completely with this. Klay Thompson was the only Warrior in the first half who looked like he wasn't panicking. Durant was shit that entire game.

I don't think Cleveland has a chance in hell of winning the Finals against either team, but this series hasn't been the "elevation of basketball" as we know it that it's been hyped to be either.

I feel like I’m watching it every time the refs give the benefit of doubt ALWAYS to LeBron. He’s allowed to get away with murder on both sides of the court

They're the exception that proves the rule. Not a fluke, either--went to game 7 of the 05 finals. A team we can remain proud of rooting for.

I feel like we give Sheed a bit of a short shrift, as he was a bona fide star in Portland and was terrific on those teams. But not a sure-fire HOF, no. Enough good pieces to put together a championship team.

Lebron has been made a media rage since the time the media needed to fill the void left from Jordan retiring. So they made a hero out of LeBron going back to the time they brought all their cameras to watch him in high school. It's the same song until today.

Dang, there was nothing like Jordan. Not before and not since. Muhammad Ali was the only thing like him for the media.

I dunno, man, I watched a lot of basketball in the 80s. MJ had a pretty sick mid range fade away jumper, but I got pretty used to seeing guys like Bird, and Magic, and Thomas have their way with him night after night for years and years. The bulls basically went nowhere in the playoffs until those three were too injured to compete. Jordan was a great player, but he had a superstar team beating up on a watered down league.

After the Celtics are eliminated tonight, they can come over to my house and build a new garage, with all the bricks they're throwing up.
