Hello Jim. Welcome back. It's been a while but it is GREAT to see you again.
October 27th, 2019 at 12:47 AM ^
I’m soaked. Tickets were 20 bucks couldn’t pass that up. And we dominated FUCK YEAH. FINALLY GO BLUE.
October 27th, 2019 at 12:54 PM ^
Jim - " I've always been here... I upgraded the offense and it just takes patience. Where have you been?"
October 27th, 2019 at 1:41 PM ^
Jim’s Wife: “Jim has been a little distracted with my clothing line lately... I told him he’s in the doghouse until he has that sexy energy on the sideline again”

For those who were complaining about “turtling” early in the second half:
When ND scored because of that horrible PI, Harbaugh was visibly upset and the team got more aggressive. The PI’s in our favor helped, but the playcalling stopped being conservative and the team called some downfield passes. And that allowed Michigan to quickly respond to Notre Dame’s gift touchdown. And we outscored them 28-7 after that, including allowing McCaffrey to throw when the game was out of reach.
So, give JH some credit.
Also: fade to Collins – 90% of the time, it works every time.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:18 PM ^
It was a monsoon and ND's offense had almost literally gone nowhere. "Turtling" was 100% the right call. After they scored, we adjusted our aggressiveness accordingly.
October 27th, 2019 at 2:15 AM ^
We also started passing when the rain let up, which was more to do than anything.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:21 PM ^
But why did he take so long to listen to us arm chair QBs who shouted for this kind of obvious stuff weeks ago?!
October 26th, 2019 at 11:23 PM ^
Snowflakes thread....nothin to see here!
October 27th, 2019 at 1:48 PM ^
correct... because I can’t see you having any balls.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:25 PM ^
Sex panther FTW. Whatever it takes!
October 26th, 2019 at 11:25 PM ^
The monsoon stopping was also a factor in passing the ball downfield
Thankfully they did it and continued to do it.
As someone else said, welcome back to the old Harbaugh, it's nice to see him
October 26th, 2019 at 11:16 PM ^
Go blue!
October 26th, 2019 at 11:16 PM ^
I’m here to count this week’s Fire Harbaugh! s.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:36 PM ^
I’m just happy that for a game and a half Harbaugh has shown the FIRE that he’s been missing since Ohio st 2016. The team is feeding off that energy and playing like we thought they would play before the season. That was a great performance from everyone. Let’s keep it going
October 26th, 2019 at 11:17 PM ^
Awesome game from start to finish. Great job beating down the #7 ranked team.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:50 PM ^
Well, #8 per my television screen but who's counting?
October 27th, 2019 at 1:49 PM ^
Michigan State can count to 12
October 27th, 2019 at 12:55 AM ^
Thanks, Lloyd!

The contrast with the night rain monsoon against MSU two years ago is stark.
Ran the ball effectively. Didn’t overthink the passing game. Played field position and possession football when they needed to.
Then, best of all: late with a lead and the drying conditions: to the air. And again, for the kill to Collins.
Still a lot of work to do, but: win with character. Win with cruelty.
Not bad at all.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:35 PM ^
Running backs were good, and the play calls/blocking/poor ND defense put them in position to get a chunk if they put a move on. Which they did often.
October 27th, 2019 at 11:59 AM ^
Right about the contrast to the MSU monsoon game.
With our Oline, qb and running backs we should be a run first outfit. Just pound the ball down Sparty's throat. Maryland too. And when OSU comes to town we have to control the ball and limit their offensive possessions. I think we might just have the makings of a powerful ground game.
October 27th, 2019 at 2:37 PM ^
Kudos for the fans who braved the rain and cold. Probably did not notice it much with Michigan playing so well. Like to see them do the same thing to the Bucknuts.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:17 PM ^
Disappointed by the lack of playaction on 3rd down with a minute left. No killer instinct. ;)
October 27th, 2019 at 12:03 PM ^
Indeed. I just don't understand why you would want to keep running the ball when all game long Notre Dame couldn't stop it.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:17 PM ^
Dayum
October 26th, 2019 at 11:18 PM ^
AAAHHHHHHHH......
That one felt good!
Fuck it. Let's turn this into a posbang, too!
October 26th, 2019 at 11:18 PM ^
I had an erection lasting 4 hours or more but did not call my doctor
October 26th, 2019 at 11:22 PM ^
Hahaha.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:26 PM ^
Do share with your significant other!
October 27th, 2019 at 12:08 PM ^
So the McCaffrey to Sainristil TD didn't give you the necessary relief?
October 27th, 2019 at 3:37 PM ^
I still have mine,
October 26th, 2019 at 11:18 PM ^
You beat the number 8 ranked team 45-14, you had a good night, even if we were a bit conservative early in the 3rd quarter going into the wind.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:20 PM ^
Jim got his signature win tonight. Team played its best game tonight. Offense found itself tonight. Defense dominated tonight. Top ten performance against a top ten rival.
Couldn’t have asked for a better win!
Go Blue!
October 26th, 2019 at 11:27 PM ^
Would like to see this on the road, but yeah, what you said.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:30 PM ^
It’s a win against a rival and a top ten opponent. We haven’t won against a top ten opponent since when, 2006??
I have no complaints.
The team needed this and the program needed this. This could be the turning of the tide that causes everything to take off.
October 27th, 2019 at 5:39 AM ^
Wisconsin in 2016 was top ten
October 27th, 2019 at 11:23 AM ^
Oh yeah. Forgot they were top ten haha. I stand corrected!
October 27th, 2019 at 8:05 AM ^
As noted, Wisky 2016 was Jim’s other top 10 win. ALSO, somehow Rich Rod’s 3-9 team included a win over #9 Wisconsin among their 3 wins. Still don’t know how that happened (a game played by kids? Big10 away games? <shrug>)
October 26th, 2019 at 11:20 PM ^
Where the hell has this been the last couple years! That was great coaching, great play calling, etc. There was the passion, the emotion and the fire we've been wanting! Hope it's here to stay
October 26th, 2019 at 11:20 PM ^
I said it before and I’ll say it again...it takes some serious coaching to get a treat ready after a loss like last week.
losing to IL broke Wisconsin. They won’t recover all year. UM could have easily been headfuc&@$ after last week.
JMFH. Nice job sir.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:34 PM ^
What?
October 26th, 2019 at 11:36 PM ^
MICHIGAN BOUNCED BACK WISCONSIN DID NOT
October 27th, 2019 at 12:05 AM ^
I wanna play wiscy again.
October 27th, 2019 at 12:12 PM ^
Looking at it now we were Wisconsin's season. They are a spent force.
October 27th, 2019 at 2:05 PM ^
I want to play Penn State again.
October 27th, 2019 at 2:53 AM ^
Yeah, I think playing OSU in Columbus might be a tad tougher than playing ND at home. ND is good, but playing at OSU is a different story.
October 27th, 2019 at 10:56 AM ^
Good thing we play them in Ann Arbor this year.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:39 PM ^
Lol types too quick! Hard to get get your head right after an emotional loss. It takes good coaching to get a teaM ready to play after a loss like that.
October 26th, 2019 at 11:40 PM ^
In my psychology of back to back big games post I said UW won’t recover mentally after that IL loss. Wouldn’t be surprised if they lose again.
