New Banner Appreciation Thread

The new banner has some serious pop, and I've not seen a thread to discuss its wholesome appeal.  So a discussion (and incognito posbang) thread seemed appropriate.

[Edit - As a couple of posters have politely noted below, there was another THREAD on this topic last night.  Since the number of other posts have pushed it off the screen view, and folks are enjoying the thread, we'll see if the mods leave this up.  In the meantime, share the love!]

I had a great Harbaugh last night and while I was Harbaughing I had a Harbaugh which woke me up and I smiled the biggest Harbaugh I have in my entire Harbaugh. Now it's time to go get Harbaugh so I am sated for the rest of the Harbaugh.

We need a Jack Harbaugh appreciation thread. I understand that Bo, Hackett, former players, and all types of other people had a hand or some form of influence in acquiring JH. However, I think Jack was the driving force behind it all -- not to mention he created JH and got him started in playing and coaching football. THANK YOU JACK!

Can someone compile a list, screenshots, or something of all the people that said Harbaugh to Michigan wouldn't happen? 

Sort of a TWIS for all the people that said Michigan couldn't get Harbaugh.

I read it and thought, "I've heard that before...oh yeah, Dwight Schrute." 

Then I googled it, and see that Harbaugh said that specific quote, with the jackhammer bit.  But did he plagiarize Ken Tremendous et al?

Dwight in 2007:  "I never take vacations, I never get sick. And I don't celebrate any major holidays."

Harbaugh, sometime around 2010:  "I don’t take vacations. I don’t get sick. I don’t observe major holidays.  I'm a jackhammer.”

My favorite part of the banner is Bo yelling at Harbaugh - finger in Harbaugh's chest - and Harbaugh listening to the dressing down like a man rather than getting all defensive about it.
