I'm not sure if there is precedent for doing this on the forum but my friends bought tickets together before I knew if I could take off work so I currently have plans to meet them in SLC and buy a single ticket for the game. Is there anyone else who wants to buy a ticket together so we're at least sitting by fellow UM fans?

I can't find it anymore but there used to be this thread in the User Curated HoF where some guy went off about how much he hated people from Ann Arbor- or was it students at michigan- because of all of the elitists. I vaguely remember him saying that he worked at Jimmy Johns and went to Eastern or something like that and all of the UM students were dicks to him. If anyone knows where to find that thread I'd love to relive the glory days one more time.
Maybe I'm way off base here but aside from all of the tangible things that Brandon has done wrong, I think the thing that bothers me most about him is how he acts in a way that comes across as dishonest and insulting. A great example of this is how he released the post-Morris press release in the middle of the night on a Tuesday with the wording "probable, mild concussion."
He does things like this constantly, and they're very transparent. Anyone who has critical thinking skills knows that he released that in the middle of the night on purpose and that "probable, mild concussion" is worded in a way to mitigate his culpability. The fact that he thinks that we will fall for stunts like that is insulting on top of it all. It's one thing to "brand" and "market" sporting tickets but Brandon treats the MIchigan community like ignorant consumers instead of members of a dedicated, familial group. This is hard to explain or quantify, but I would compare it to that feeling you get when you're talking to someone and they're looking over your shoulder to see who else is in the room, or when people don't make eye contact while shaking hands.
Dat's kinda down da valley near Wilkes-Barre, heyna? I went down der wid a couple two-tree buds one time and it was a real good spot. I sayz to my one friend I sayz "NEPAs da best, heyna? Where else dey got Old Forge style pizza?"
I'm from NEPA where this kid is from and people actually talk like this all the time. When he says "so all yaz do is get dizzy" he is speaking like a true NEPA guy- "dis" "dat" "deez" "doez" etc.
Hot dog man needs to be in the student section hurling ballpark franks at undergrads in order to keep attendence high and ensure that fans stay even against teams like App state.
UTL 1 can't be topped but here are some underrated games to ponder:
2006 vs. Notre Dame- We were ranked something like 15th and ND was #2 behind OSU. We went into SB with low expectations and absolutely crushed them. Henne-to-Manningham was established as a fearsome pairing and there were finally rumblings about the defense being elite.
2006 vs. PSU- My friend Arthur calls it "the game where we fucked up ALL of their quarterbacks" and I wouldn't want to remember it any other way. Rondell Biggs, Llamar Woodley, Allen Branch- quarterback destroyers. I've never seen a DL dominate a game like that before.
2008 vs. Wisconsin- As much as I'd like to forge that entire season this game was special. We had something like 19 total yards of offense in the first half and still mounted a comeback to win it. Steve Threet rumbling down the sideline for a long gain after selling the zone read had to be the most amazingly unathletic play I've ever seen. I don't know that there is a more memorable single play for me.
I was one of the early "hyphenateds" and either my birth certificate or my social security card didn't have the hyphen in it because it was a new concept and they didn't have the ability to add it. Try filing taxes electronically and having them bounce back every year saying "the name you used doesn't match the name on your social security card." Then try calling the IRS and getting it resolved- the DMV will seem like a bastion of competence afterwards.
His ejection from the game this year is one of my favorite recent memories in Michigan sports- thank you Mr. Hall for cementing yourself in Michigan football infamy
I always wanted RR or Hoke to run a play where Denard passed to someone and then it was lateralled back to him so he could get the stat for both the passing TD and the receiving TD (since it's Denard I'm assuming the trickery would open a lane for him through which he could jet for a long touchdown.)

My bad....forgot about that incident- I retract my vote for him.
Those two plus Frank Clark and Glasgow

but I think that all of the "#1" talk was a reference to a show called "The Prisoner" and not an actual statement about the #1 jersey

Brady Hoke or Dave Brandon?

It took me a minute to get this but once I did I actually laughed- hats off to you for this comment
Sounds like fun

I'm still waiting for a Henne to Robinson TD pass- that's all I need then Bortles can take over
Schoffield and Gallon in the 5th and 6th round respectively. Use the other rounds and free agency/trades to build up the D
Was it possibly Brandon Moore?
They're still recovering from DB's leadership
Mike Martin, Lewan and a coach from Scranton- what's not to love?
Most Lions pick ever
Someone might get a steal with Carr- he's going to be undervalued because his brother played on a team with a bunch of washed-up olinemen.
Was Evans the guy who beat out Denard for the EA Sports cover until everyone figured out that SEC fans were cheating in the voting?
It's a tough draft for Lewan- he would go higher most years
I wouldn't mind the Lions taking Gallon later in the draft
For a second there I thought the Bills were going to do the same with Mack
Does anyone else think that Taylor could've gone #1 overall last year?

....what happened to Sherlock?
