City and Chelsea can basically spend whatever they want but United have still had huge bids for the likes of Hazard, Benzema, and Nasri.

23 weeks 1 day ago	EMU	Used to go to every game with my Dad growing up, had seats @ Bowen right behind the Eastern bench during the Boykins era. Bowen was a really cool place to see a game, some good players came through the MAC at that time, Antonio Gates, Wally Szczerbiak, Bonzi Wells and a few others. I know the convo is a nice building but for a commuter school like EMU, having the games on campus is a huge plus.
