Watched the whole fight on a pretty decent stream. Cotto destroyed him. It was never close. Doctors wanted to end the fight in like Round 6 but it just kept going. Cotto was pretty much flawless
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get into a land war with Asia. But only slightly less well known is this: never go in against a Sicilian, when death is on the line!

Not surprising that Cotto came out and dominated. After Margarito used loaded gloves (if you have any doubt go watch the 24/7 series leading up to this fight) Cotto wanted to make a serious statement.
Glad to see justification was done to Margarito really glad cheaters got theirs.

These guys hate each other which made it fun to watch. Cotto was dominant throughout. He was the better boxer. Solid victory although I wished the Doctors had let it go on further.

Did you want to see Margarito die out there? Cotto was hitting him with lefts with ease due to the fact that Margarito's right eye was completely shut. Fight probably lasted too long with the condition of his eye.

Was this fight worth 65$? I am a big boxing fan and figured it would be around 50$ for this fight. Judging by the 10 responses, I wasn't the only one who didn't buck up for this one. Neither fighter is a title holder and Margarito has done nothing since being reinstated. After the Mayweather-Ortiz fight, I will only buy the fight that everyone wants to see, even if it is 3 years after it should have taken place. Boxing needs to lower it's PPV prices or put out a better product. Make the under cards better fights etc.
