What happened to you guys? Now I remember why don't post anymore. You're just as ignorant and intolerant to different opinions as you are in real life. I think I'll stop visiting this site altogether... ignorance is contagious.
In the meantime, keep calling for people's heads, jumping to conclusions based on what some idiot on the media said, and ignore all sensible, measured arguments for understanding. After all, its not like peoples' careers and the fate of a beloved football program are at stake. The same assholes criticizing RR are now saying we should've given him and/or his offensive philosophy more time. The same douchebags that were performing oral sex on Hoke after his win at the Sugar Bowl are now accusing him of mistreatment of players. A lot have you have no shame... let alone integrity.

What do you mean by clueless? Clueless as to what?
I think he knows a lot more than what he leads on. He's certainly not as ignorant as to how the team is playing as his press conferences would lead some to believe. He just chooses to repeat the same things and keep most things in-house. What do you expect him to say? "The team sucks... let's light ourselves on fire?"
|43 weeks 5 days ago||If he actually thought Shane||
If he actually thought Shane was injured he would've taking him out. You're not there on the sidelines. Football players play with broken fingers, turf tough, sprained ankles etc. all the time. Byron Leftwich played with a broken fibula if I'm not mistaken.
You could obviously see Shane looking at the sidelines as signaling thathe wanted to continue. You have to believe that the player would do whats best for the team and would not play if he thought he couldn't perform.
A lot of you guys just read and swallow whatever you see, listen and believe whatever you hear, and not bother to look at the entire picture. How you guys will get through life and not be total assholes is a mystery.

That's unfair, man. If he says he didn't see him wobble then I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.
If anything, Hoke has proven to be a true mentor to the players and cares deeply for them. One thing is to attack him as a coach, but to do attack him as a person with no basis is classless.

Invalid opinions? That's a new one. You should move to North Korea... the government and you would get along perfectly.
"The data on Hoke" lol
Yes, let's take the numbers and not the context, the changes, and the fact that we are not even half-way through the season. That's the smart thing to do...

I think a lot of the anger directed at the program is landing on his shoulders, even though its directed towards the department. I also think that with the talent we've been getting we are poised to do much better (at least I would hope so). Considering our defense is pretty solid (I think what happened against Minny will prove to be an aberration), its our offense which present the bigger problem. I believe that is due., in large part, to having a new OC and new system. Do I think change needs to occur? Yes, but probbaly more in terms of position coaches and such. I think deciding to fire Hoke now instead of at least seeing how the team prgresses is ridiculous.
|43 weeks 5 days ago||So you're one of those "They||
So you're one of those "They took our job!" guys... You're part of the problem.
There's still a long way to go this season. If the team improves and ends the season on a high note then there's hope for him. The players are obviously behind him and the talent is there (due largely to his recruiting). The new OC, which won multiple championships in Alabama, will have implemented his philosophy by next season so there's promise. We have an excellent DC and an excellent OC and I doubt they would both stick around if Hoke is fired. As I see it, the "coaching market" does not look promising at all, and another transition would only cause more problems. But, you probably know more, right? Sure you do...

This post is retarded For reasons so obvious their not worth explaining. "Let's vote to not let the AD do what the AD is hired to do..." blah blah blah

The day after and I still can't shake the fact that we would have not been behind by three if two calls hadn't been butchered by the refs: 1. The missed basket interference call (which gave them 2 points); and 2. Lavert's three being called a two when the replay showed it was a three. All things remaining similar, we would've at least gone to overtime.

I for one agree with Gameboy. Kids in college getting agents? That's ridiculous. I do however think players should get more money than they currently receive.

Jake Ryan's great, but he really isn't doing anything special there in that .04 second clip... just sayin;

Funny... you call them morons and yet you don't know how to spell the word. Moron is a term once used in psychology to denote mild mental retardation. I don't know what "moran" means but I believe the word refers to an old, old wooden ship.

I think Devin Gardner will be the QB next year based on his admitted desire to play QB and the fact that both Gardner and the Coaches consider him a QB first. Don't forget he was a highly rated QB coming out of highschool, has more knowledge of the playbook than Bellomy, and is more of an athelete and would provide less of a transitional jolt to the offense and playcalling come next year. Bellomy is looking pretty good, but Gardner's move to WR was due to lack of depth at the position and GArdner's ability to play it. It wasn't due to Gardner getting beat out by Bellomy.

It wasn't a stretch. FORD put up big bucks and Detroit will actually be the host of the Super Bowl again before 2020 I believe.

Thank you for including "Fla." next to Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa. I had no idea those cities were in Florida...

I can't figure BTN2GO out. I don't mind paying for the stream myself but its not very user friendly.
edit: I should add that I don't have BTN, but that shouldnt make a difference. If someone is willing to pay a few bucks for a live stream they should be able to on BTN, no?
|2 years 45 weeks ago||Yeah. He looks a little off.||
Yeah. He looks a little off. He's been under the weather since Bama and the fact that we haven't been playing well may be a factor as well. Or, he could just feel like not being interviewed today...

I don't take exception to that.

Depends on what you're in to. If you want to binge and go Project X then by all means check out the frat and house parties. For a more mature experience, you probably want to check out Ashley's for a few beers (State Street) and a few of the Bars on Main St. and beyond (couple blocks down from State). Rick's is a popular party bar for juniors and seniors (by South U.) and there's a few mellow bars on South U. as well (Lil' Brown Jug, f. ex). If you're young and like sorority girls Ricks and Scorekeepers are popular with the locals (skeeps is younger). I would recommend walking down State (Ashley's has a great beer selection) then heading to Main Street and checking out the scene there. Afterwards. I would either go to a frat/house party or South U. depending on what you're into.

If you want to watch football games, Bdubs (S.State St.). Scorekeepers is a party bar... expect no waitresses, tons of coeds, loud music, etc as it gets darker.

Devin Gardner is the odds on favorite to be the starting quarterback next year. If we were deeper, more athletic and more experienced at receiver he would not be seeing the field as a receiver. He has expressed his intentions on being Michigan's quarterback and playing wuarterback in the NFL multiple times and confirms he still sees himself as a quarterback (so does Hoke btw).

I lived in Belgium for a year and depended heavily on justin.tv to watch the games. You might find an American Bar that plays the games but it's highly unlikely.

Roberto Clemente. I'm from Puerto Rico and so was he. I get he's not from my hometown per se' but he lived close enough (as you probably know, PR is a small-ish island).
|2 years 46 weeks ago||He's getting pretty big. That||
He's getting pretty big. That being said... the Bama players were huge. There is still a size advantage at the top... not muscle wise, just genes-wise. We're getting bigger players through recruiting though so dont be surprised to see bigger and bigger necks in the coming years. Veiny necks is where its at...

Hoke is die-hard. You can tell he dedicates himself to this job every single day and he does it with a smile on his face. Great coach to have and great guy in general it seems.
