"Michigan could begin to incorporate more zone blocking looks to its typically gap-heavy scheme in 2017, as Harbaugh has already reportedly told recruits he'd like the Wolverines' offense to feature more zone/spread looks moving forward."

... Not only does the person in the shirt not look like Oliver, the poster on MLive said that the above is a picture of Harbaugh with his daughter's "Human Powered Submarine Team."  The poster claims that Harbaugh posed with the team after he had jumped in the pool with Martin, who had just committed.

Martin isn't in the picture, and so we're just accepting the testimony of the MLive poster and/or his daughter.

Hadn't heard anything about her in a while, so wasn't sure.

So maybe that's her in the pool?  Suppose it doesn't hurt that the up-and-coming women's swim team beat OSU last night 212-88... (The men's team won too, of course, for those curious.  But this might be the first time the women are ranked higher than the men, #7 to #9.  Someone in the know feel free to correct me.)

Sam Webb interviewed him on Thursday on WTKA, and I remember hearing that same "18 seconds" quote. It was an excellent interview. Really was impressed by what he had to say. Most of what I remember is that he had never even met Harbaugh once before the interview but instantly bought in. I also remember the context of the quote something like... "The most impressive coach I ever worked for was Bobby Bowden, who I bought in after 30 seconds[or so] of listening to him. Harbaugh sold me in 18 seconds." Again, this is mostly paraphrasing/going off memory. He loves Harbaugh and what he stands for. Really dig this Coach Frey. Impressive interview.

Shame they cut it from their article, but in the full interview he said that when he chose where to play college ball it took him about 60 seconds to know that Bobby Bowden was the coach he wanted to play for. And with Harbaugh it took about 18 seconds. So that tells you how high in regard he holds Harbaugh.

But he said his initial meeting with Harbaugh changed things for him. Citing Harbaugh's "enthusiasm" and "competitive" nature, Frey said Harbaugh basically made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

Jim Harbaugh might be the only coach that could say - "We will make him an offer he can't refuse" and get away with it. Not complaining about that either.
