Anybody who says that oversigning doesn't help gain a competitive advantage, is full of it.  Of course, good coaching is necessary, but even if all other things are equal except for oversigning, then there is a significant advantage gained by oversigning over several years.

Oh, I see you must have ordered the #4.  I ordered that haircut last time.  This time, I went with the #5 haircut special, where a blind woman cuts your hair with a rusty spoon.  I thought it looked a little patchy at first, but I was told that it only looks that way to an un-trained eye.  Oh well, she's the professional.
