Lots of drops today. Iowa has a good defense. Can't make mistakes like that against them. C'mon boys make some plays!
Michigan - Iowa Game Thread
I don't understand how you can still be in denial like you have been all freaking year.
At work but this looks like the Nebraska game. The D will be too tired to hold the lead in the 4th quarter.
An offense needs rhythm to be successful and this offense can generate none. I wish the defense would get on the offense, these guys are being too nice to each other . Offense getting pushed around on every play. But, one play can suck me right back into thinking we are decent..
Cant wait to see how Frank Clark and Jake Ryan do in the UFR this week
Frank stepping up.
another defensive td or we will lose
I should have went to Home Depot with the wife today.
Should get back to the staee game
How can you still defend Borges even if we win?
Is anyone defending Al Borges at this point aside from perhaps the head coach (who is not going to throw his OC under the bus mid-season...)
How can you still not realize that Gardner needs to sit?????
He's made a few mistakes but how many drops have we had today?? Plus no blocking on blitzes... Gardner is not the issue, Borges is
Wow did they blow up our d line
with the wrong alignment away from the boundary.
If we lose the lead. Our offense cannot score.
Avery got hammered there.
I don't get it. Isn't Iowa going into the wind?
Wind isn't a factor when you bowl over the d line
Quarter defense I used to. Way to man up
This is the least physical Michigan team I can remember- pathetic
I remember 2008 and 2009 and 2010.
And this was supposed to be the #1 priority of Hoke when he was hired. He has failed miserably. The Strength program needs to be re-Evaluated too. They look so weak.
Defense getting worn down. Not a good sign. They were our only hope.
Run it or throw it away. Or slide. Or anything, really
This late in the season, and the fact that Michigan subs alot on defense means there should not be an issue with being tired.
Glad to see the wind helped us here.
Really pathetic showing from the d-line the last 5 minutes.
They're exhausted from bring on the field do much!!
This. Holy crap. Got pushed back like 3-5 yds several times in a row. I like rotating d linemen, but I don't think guys like Glasgow should be in there over Henry and QWash against a power team like Iowa. Just doesn't make sense
Alright. New ball game and have to win this 12 minute span. Let's go blue!
Our defense forced 4 turnovers and scored a td. Fuck you Borges and your moronic play calling.
Funchess drops on good throws and play calls have been killers
Licking their chops
Don't do it man. Little fella will be scarred for life. We're talking years on the couch.
Weisman vs Taylor? Yeah not going to win that.
Memories fade but I SWEAR this offense is worse than the 2008 defense.
offense is worse than the defense?
offense has about a 5% chance of having an actual scoring drive of 20+ yards, I would say we are now screwed
Fire Borges now!
This is sweet. Winning the TO battle 4-0 and somehow I feel like we're going to lose. Less than 150 yards of offense...
I don't understand our defensive call on 3rd and 10. We shifted our DTs way to the left and pretty much gave away the right side of the field pre-snap.
I love watching our lines get pushed back 3 yds.
Game over, offense won't pick up another first down let alone score a point.
YET nobody realizes thinks that Gardner needs to sit
Do you want Morris to die? He would get killed running Al's plays.
You honestly think it'd be any better putting Shane in there?
There's nothing I'd like more than to turn over our offense to a true freshman and have his confidence forever shattered when he gets massacred by OSU.
i think we're going to add to our 123 yards today with a 4 yard drive after the kick off.
Suck that Baylor. You want offensive? Watch Borges at work.
