FB new Nutrition plan under Herbert is well received by players

Here's one reason to be optimistic about the 2018 season. It sounds like our players are not only getting stronger and bigger, but it seems their morale has improved too because of the new meal plan. Things can only get better for our Offensive line with Herbert, and Wariner and if that group gets better, this team could be scary good. https://www.google.com/amp/s/247sports.com/college/michigan/Article/Mic…

Marinating the chicken in some terriyaki or BBQ sauce, or putting some sriracha on your veggies/rice, and adding a few more calories ain't gonna kill you, but it's gonna make your diet a lot more enjoyable and sustainable.

it's mostly just laziness, not a strict adherence to a diet. people who eat like that aren't food motivated, they don't care what it tastes like. so it's easier to cook without having to bother with flavor.

I eat chicken and rice every day for lunch. people think I'm crazy about my diet, in reality I just don't want to be bothered with having to think about my meals.

Wow, did you come up with that on your own? Pretty sure I've read those very same words about forty times on here the past 2 months. That's okay though dude, most people dont possess the ability to create their own individual thoughts and opinions now days. You're not an outlier. To simplify it, you're an idiot like most!
